“We have always relied on family members to watch our cat for vacations, usually one week in length. We recently took a three-week trip, and rather than ask family, we felt it would be better to have a Cat Sitter. This was our first time using Rover, and after reviewing potential Sitters, we chose Sy in part because of proximity but mostly due to the positive reviews Sy received on Rover. It was the right decision! From the moment we connected with Sy, we felt comfortable with her communication style. When the day came to drop our cat off, Sy was ready when we arrived and gave us the confidence we were leaving our cat in good hands. During our cat’s three-week stay, Sy regularly sent updates and included both pictures and videos. At first, our cat wasn’t eating as much as normally, and Sy connected with us to discuss different strategies for getting him to eat, which worked. When we picked up our little one, he looked as healthy as ever. I very much encourage anyone looking for a Cat Sitter to consider Sy.”
