About: I’ve taken care of pets all of my life. My children grew up in a home with 4 dogs and 2 cats. Now that the children are grown and gone it’s just Ziggy and I. Ziggy is a 5 pound 5 year old Morkie. I’ve cared for friends and neighbors pets. Our home is very inviting and pet friendly. We walk daily and play out in the yard for a good time. I live in a community that is gated with a guard 24/7, with very little traffic. I’m home 24/7, your pet will have round the clock care and attention. I’m in a 55 plus community, where we have daily doggie mingles. Multiple walks throughout our community, pet friendly cartoons, toys and daily activities including walks and playtime. Your pet can enjoy a screened patio, sunbathing in the green well maintained yard, relax on the patio, walks on a leash, chilling in out hammock, or sitting with treats watching doggie cartoons.

My family and I began volunteering with the Houston Humane Society when I was young, and not long after, we started fostering animals—primarily dogs of all ages. Over the years, we’ve fostered more than 60 animals, each with their own personalities and needs. I also rescued a cat and cared for him until he found his forever home. I’m available for overnight stays, drop-in visits, and dog walking throughout the week and can be fully attentive to your pet’s needs during that time. About: I am 33 years old & a graduate of University of Houston. I live in the southeast part of Houston, Tx. I live in a two story house in a gated community with plenty walking space & that is also pet friendly with my parents & my dogs Chase & Callie! He's a pomeranian mixed with maltese as well as she is & they both are characters. Ive always had dogs from my childhood to now they are just a joy to have. I have dog sat for my friends & I get along well with all types of dogs no matter how big or small. My availability currently is completely open since im home for the summer & waiting to hear back from job opportunities. Most weekends im available unless my calendar says different. If you can't make it to my home, I would be happy to with no problem at all or if you prefer keeping your dog(s) at home to come to your home and help you out. Why I love dog sitting I have had dogs throughout my whole childhood up till now. The only reason I can think of why we didn't keep them is either my family moved and one of our dogs was sick. I'm definitely a dog person I have an instant connection whenever I meet one because I love them so much, they are truly woman's best friend. About my yard No backyard but plenty grassy, walking space along the fences and at the parks. My experience administering medication Yes, I have to give my dog his pills when needed. As stated before im completely open. Dogs can go out as much as they need to & walked around the community as well. Play time, dog park or whatever needs to be fulfilled. Pets are allowed wherever in the home, furniture included. Your pets will definitely feel as if they have another home away from home. Whatever you do or dont do at your home is applied in mine.
