Before your dog comes to stay with me, I like to get a sense of their personality and routine so I can make them feel as comfortable as possible. Let me know things like: Their typical daily schedule (walk times, feeding, naps, etc.) How they do on leash and around other dogs/people Any favorite toys, games, or comfort items Energy level — are they more playful, more relaxed, or a mix? Any reactivity, anxiety, or quirks I should be mindful of Treat preferences and dietary restrictions House training needs or crate habits (if applicable) The more I know, the better I can meet them where they are and make sure they feel safe, happy, and at home. Every pet is unique, and I really enjoy adapting to their needs and preferences. Feel free to share anything — even the small things really help! 🐶
A typical day
I’m a pretty active person, so I love getting outside and moving throughout the day — and your pup will be right there with me! We’ll usually start with a morning walk to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. There’s a lovely park close by that I visit almost daily, and we’ll take our time exploring, sniffing around, and just enjoying being outside. If your dog enjoys social time, there’s also a nearby dog park where we can go play and make friends. I love interactive play — fetch, tug-of-war, or whatever games your pup enjoys. I’m also very tuned in to their energy levels, so after we’ve had our fun and some good exercise, we’ll wind down with plenty of rest, cuddles, and chill time at home. I really value creating a balanced day that feels good for both movement and relaxation. Every dog has their own personality and pace, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know them and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while they’re with me. My goal is to make sure your pup feels like they’re on their own little vacation too! ❤️🐾

With over 10 years of experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, and even reptiles, I’ve had the joy of looking after all kinds of pets. Growing up surrounded by animals, I developed a deep love and understanding of their unique needs and personalities. I have extensive experience caring for sickly dogs, ensuring they receive the attention, medication, and gentle care they need. Additionally, I’ve spent several years volunteering at a dog shelter, working with a variety of dogs, including those with special needs, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. I’m highly attentive, detail-oriented, and committed to making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you're away.
