Joe did an awesome job at our meet and greet to do a slow introduction so everyone involved felt comfortable. Joe stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and did very well with all of them, keeping us up to date on feedings and pics of the pups playing. He also took care to leave the house in good clean condition, we unfortunately had a leak in our bay window after a heavy rain but Joe cleaned it up to make sure no further water damage occurred while we were gone which was very appreciated. We would definitely hire Joe again if needed.”

About: I've been caring for other people's dogs and cats for most of my life. At home I coparent a dog named Rooster, a wild chihuahua/terrier mix, and cat named Boki, a treat-obsessed Russian Blue. It's never boring. Earlier in my life I volunteered at Charlotte Animal Care and Control, where I walked, socialized, and cared for shelter dogs. It shaped how I think about animals: every pet has its own personality, its own needs, and its own way of communicating. It's on the human to pay attention and meet them there. That's still how I operate. Some pets want active play; some want a quiet, calm presence. I work full time, so weekday availability starts around 5pm. Weekends are where I have the most flexibility — I'm available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight sits on most weekends.
