About: Labs have been in my life since I was born, but I got my kitten at age 6, so I'll say that's when my real pet care experience began! Animals are such a significant part of my life that I got my bachelor's degree in zoology. I've practiced dairy goat husbandry, studied monkeys in the Surinamese rainforest, and worked as an animal keeper at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Not only do I understand how to care for animals, but I'm a truly playful and active person. There's nothing better than romping around outside with a pup and wearing one another out! That being said, I helped care for my family dog Farrah in her senior years and during that time we shared some of the most tender and mellow moments. If my admiration of pets isn't yet clear, I also paint pet portraits and you can see some in my profile photos. I recently resigned from my natural history museum job in order to have more flexibility and see my out-of-state parents more often. Therefore, my schedule is extremely open and flexible. I'm an early riser, up with the sun, so morning walks are no problem! Pets are family members and the magnitude of trust put towards a petsitter is not something I take for granted. I care deeply about helping my clients feel at ease when I'm caring for their beloved pets. I'm meticulous and detail-oriented in everything I do, and that translates to following pet care directions and routines to a T. I'm open to talking through all of your needs and concerns to help make the experience excellent for all involved.

We didn’t return to any accidents or messes we had to clean up which for us is a blessing as one of our dogs tends to have some potty issues when we are gone for an extended period. Usually our dogs are super excited to see us when we return- this time I think they were disappointed to see us and not to see Kristen!! Would definitely rebook ☺️”

About: Hello! I recently moved to CLE for a full-time role post grad. With the travel requirements needed for work I don’t have time for my own pet so would love to be able to provide services for a range of different dogs and cats. I have ownership experience with both large dogs (labradors) and smaller dogs (miniature dachshunds) as well as cats. I grew up on a family farm so I have experience looking after a multitude of different types of animals as well. I am available to walk dogs or to come over and care for an animal when the owner is away as well. I promise to provide excellent care for your animal(s) and professional service too. Taking care of animals is truly a passion of mind and I would love to take care of yours! Currently working full-time so my availability is mostly on weekends. I work from home on Monday and Fridays so could potentially walk or care for animals during those two days as well. I live in an apartment and watch smaller animals at my place from time to time. Also able to go to clients’ homes and watch/walk animals at their place. I currently dog sit for two neighbors in my apartment building and would love to watch even more animals.

About: Hi, My most recent experience has been long term care for friends and families dogs. I offer to walk dogs multiple times a day, as well as check in multiple times a day. I also offer personalized behavioral training a recommendations. I have particular experience with behavioral issues like separation anxiety and difficulties walking on a leash and getting overwhelmed with various stimuli. Previously, I fostered large dogs with behavioral issues for the SPCA for 5 years. I have experience with dogs that are reactive, anxiety ridden and once with medical issues. I fostered the dogs until the issues are either managed or resolved and they are ready for adoption. I have experience primarily with large dogs. I am used to long walks and hikes with dogs. I primarily keeps dogs on leash but in the right circumstances I will let them off leash. However, I am very picky. I am open to walking l, check-ins and boarding. I’m in class a few times a month and working 1-2 days a week so I have times of availability to care for your pup. Thank you for considering me, Celine I’m a graduate student with minimal in class time so I have plenty of time to play and cuddle your pup. I love long walks and play time. I enjoy finding engaging activities that keep them mentally stimulated. I would like to get a sense of your pup and aspects of their care that are most important to you. This could be frequency of walking, caring for behavioral issues or simply giving them lots of cuddles. I can be in your hole where your pup is most comfortable or bring them to mine.
