About: Hi, My most recent experience has been long term care for friends and families dogs. I offer to walk dogs multiple times a day, as well as check in multiple times a day. I also offer personalized behavioral training a recommendations. I have particular experience with behavioral issues like separation anxiety and difficulties walking on a leash and getting overwhelmed with various stimuli. Previously, I fostered large dogs with behavioral issues for the SPCA for 5 years. I have experience with dogs that are reactive, anxiety ridden and once with medical issues. I fostered the dogs until the issues are either managed or resolved and they are ready for adoption. I have experience primarily with large dogs. I am used to long walks and hikes with dogs. I primarily keeps dogs on leash but in the right circumstances I will let them off leash. However, I am very picky. I am open to walking l, check-ins and boarding. I’m in class a few times a month and working 1-2 days a week so I have times of availability to care for your pup. Thank you for considering me, Celine I’m a graduate student with minimal in class time so I have plenty of time to play and cuddle your pup. I love long walks and play time. I enjoy finding engaging activities that keep them mentally stimulated. I would like to get a sense of your pup and aspects of their care that are most important to you. This could be frequency of walking, caring for behavioral issues or simply giving them lots of cuddles. I can be in your hole where your pup is most comfortable or bring them to mine.

“Debra was amazing! The dogs loved her and she was very attentive to them. I received pictures throughout the weekend and everyone was just chillin. She even had to deal with a really bad wind storm over the weekend with power going in and out but she stayed with the dogs all weekend which I really appreciated. She also took extra time to clean up a bunch of branches and sticks that were blown down in the yard. And she left the house in great condition! Will definately have her back!!”

About: Labs have been in my life since I was born, but I got my kitten at age 6, so I'll say that's when my real pet care experience began! Animals are such a significant part of my life that I got my bachelor's degree in zoology. I've practiced dairy goat husbandry, studied monkeys in the Surinamese rainforest, and worked as an animal keeper at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Not only do I understand how to care for animals, but I'm a truly playful and active person. There's nothing better than romping around outside with a pup and wearing one another out! That being said, I helped care for my family dog Farrah in her senior years and during that time we shared some of the most tender and mellow moments. If my admiration of pets isn't yet clear, I also paint pet portraits and you can see some in my profile photos. I recently resigned from my natural history museum job in order to have more flexibility and see my out-of-state parents more often. Therefore, my schedule is extremely open and flexible. I'm an early riser, up with the sun, so morning walks are no problem! Pets are family members and the magnitude of trust put towards a petsitter is not something I take for granted. I care deeply about helping my clients feel at ease when I'm caring for their beloved pets. I'm meticulous and detail-oriented in everything I do, and that translates to following pet care directions and routines to a T. I'm open to talking through all of your needs and concerns to help make the experience excellent for all involved.

I’ve cared for a diabetic dog, giving insulin shots three times a day for years, and also babysat a diabetic cat — so I’m comfortable with medication schedules and special-needs care. I’m an active person who treats every fur baby like they are my best friend because that’s what they deserve! I have a flexible schedule and work from home Mondays and Fridays, so those days are perfect for midday walks or potty breaks — I can easily fit your pup into my schedule without rushing. On weekends, I’m open to house sitting or home visits, giving your pet consistent, attentive care while you’re away. I don’t board pets at my own home, so all care happens at your house, keeping your pet in their familiar, comfortable environment. About: I’ve had cats, dogs, and other pets my whole life, trained my own dog myself, and provide flexible, attentive, loving care for animals of all kinds. I currently work part-time as a lifeguard at a local pool, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to walk, feed, play with, and care for pets throughout the day. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for by following their normal routines, giving them attention, exercise, clean spaces, and constant supervision when needed.
