About: Labs have been in my life since I was born, but I got my kitten at age 6, so I'll say that's when my real pet care experience began! Animals are such a significant part of my life that I got my bachelor's degree in zoology. I've practiced dairy goat husbandry, studied monkeys in the Surinamese rainforest, and worked as an animal keeper at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Not only do I understand how to care for animals, but I'm a truly playful and active person. There's nothing better than romping around outside with a pup and wearing one another out! That being said, I helped care for my family dog Farrah in her senior years and during that time we shared some of the most tender and mellow moments. If my admiration of pets isn't yet clear, I also paint pet portraits and you can see some in my profile photos. I’m a morning person, up with the sun, so early walks and check-ins are no problem! I also have a hybrid work schedule, which supports my flexibility around pet care. Pets are family members and the magnitude of trust put towards a petsitter is not something I take for granted. I care deeply about helping my clients feel at ease when I'm caring for their beloved pets. I'm meticulous and detail-oriented in everything I do, and that translates to following pet care directions and routines to a T. I'm open to talking through all of your needs and concerns to help make the experience excellent for all involved.
“Peyton was very sweet with my cat, Sugar. She followed my instructions for her care and made sure that Sugar was safe and sound before leaving. I would definitely trust Peyton to take care of Sugar again.”

“James was so amazing with our 2 dogs! We had a pet emergency and he was able to pick them up last minute and watch them while we were away. His wife is also so sweet and caring! Would highly recommend him!”

“Carla is awesome, coming to the rescue with a last-minute cat visit when I had to leave town suddenly and giving them and my house the best care and me, peace of mind. I genuinely appreciate her flexibility and sweetness, and we would welcome her back anytime for future travels!”

“Lani was a great cat sitter! She was super responsible and responsive, and even sent me pictures and updates. I could tell my kitty boys enjoyed her presence! Will be booking again.”

“Peter was amazing with my two cats! They quickly got comfortable with him and he spent time every day playing with them and sending pictures. I was able to relax during my time away knowing he was taking such good care of them!”

About: Hi! I have about 2 years of personal experience walking dogs for family friends. I like to believe I have a special bond with animals, and will treat them with nothing but love and care. There’s not much about me other than I’m young and full of energy! I’m recently graduated from Case Western Reserve University and have just started a full-time job. It can be kind of lonely living alone so what better way to get some company than to spend time with animals! I have experience walking, playing, sitting, feeding dogs, and overnight care. I’m open to sitting cats as well, I just don’t have as much experience with them. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have, and we can work something out together! I’m currently working full-time at a mainly remote job, so I have plenty of time to spend at my home to take care of all of the necessary needs your pet may have. I have a large yard great for potty breaks and playing fetch. I’m also in a great neighborhood for walking. Keeping an eye on your pet at all times is my number one priority.

About: I have a high-energy dog that has prepared me in all aspects of pet care! I am well-versed in on- and off-leash exercise and have plenty of ideas for indoor enrichment activities. Having raised my own dog from 6 weeks old, I’m familiar with all of the accidents that can happen when pets are home alone. I’ve also cared for elderly and medically-complex dogs. I work remotely during the school year and have summers off. My work is in pacific time, giving me plenty of time in the morning to take your pet on a walk, play outside, or just keep them company. Of course, when I’m off in the summer, I have all the time in the world to spend with your pets! I am open to the safety, trust, and environment guidelines set by each pet owner. As the owner of a needy dog, I understand that each family has different preferences for keeping their home and pets safe!

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I understand that pets are family, and I strive to provide the same level of care, attention, and patience that I would want for my own. My background in healthcare has taught me how to be responsible, detail-oriented, and attentive to the unique needs of every individual, skills that translate naturally to pet care. I am comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies who need patience and consistency to senior dogs who may require a gentler pace and extra attention. Whether it's daily walks, drop-in visits, feeding, administering oral medications, reinforcing basic training, or simply providing companionship, I prioritize your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness. I am currently a Master's student in Medical Physiology at Case Western Reserve University, which has helped me develop strong time-management, responsibility, and organizational skills. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals as a balance to my studies. Despite a busy academic schedule, I am very intentional about managing my time and maintaining commitments. Whether it's morning walks, midday drop-in visits, evening care, or weekend sitting, I enjoy incorporating pet care into my routine because it allows me to spend time outdoors and connect with animals while helping pet owners have peace of mind. Caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, and I treat every pet with patience, attentiveness, and compassion. As someone pursuing a career in healthcare, I value reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail, and I bring those same qualities to caring for your furry family members. I am committed to ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owner is away. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any specific preferences or needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and mental stimulation while also keeping their environment clean and safe. If providing care in my own home, I would ensure pets have a safe, clean, and comfortable environment with plenty of supervision, exercise, fresh water, and opportunities for play and rest. My goal is always to make pets feel as relaxed and loved as possible, whether they are in their own home or mine.
“Aspen is the best! She took great care of our dog Ollie and sent regular updates. Ollie immediately felt comfortable with her! Would highly recommend booking with Aspen”

About: Hi. I’m Clifford H’s Wife. I help him take care of your fur babies and absolutely love all of the personalities that they bring. I’m normally behind the camera taking the pics, thus I don’t have many with me in the shots. So, to not waste any time; go check out his profile. You deserve that vacation, staycation or time off; go book with Cliff. I work remotely with occasional days that I need to report to the office. My home office has my desk and “a few” dog beds and lots of plants. The house sits on a 1/4 acre lot and has a huge fenced in back yard. We converted the sitting room to the dogroom as we crate (where size allows) the dogs at night for sleeping. Go see Cliff’s profile-he’s got all the details.
About: I have been walking dogs and pet-sitting for over 10 years now. I started walking dogs around the neighborhood and quickly demonstrated my dependability to clients. Through client word-of-mouth and recommendations, I started pet-sitting overnight. My responsibilities ranged from simple daily walks while clients were traveling to weeklong stays at residences, caring for several pets, watering plants, and doing light housework. I work remotely which allows me to be with your pet all day while sitting! This flexibility also gives me the opportunity for walks during the day and short notice care. I am very active so taking your dog out will be the best part of my day! I will follow any and all instructions you leave me for in-home pet care. I can assure you I will meet and exceed your expectations for pet-sitting. I will care for your pet as if they’re my own!

About: There’s never been a time in my life where I haven’t been active. Realizing I could be both; active AND hang out with some furry friends - it was a no brainer for me. I’ve had two of my own dogs for the majority of my life (cat lover as well), so I’ve most definitely been acclimated to all that they may throw at me. I started rover mid 2025 as a side gig after hopping out of the 9-5 life - I now have a consistent clientele and pups/ kitties that I’ve watched grow up. I’m looking to continue booking up my schedule as I love what I now do! I most frequently get requested for walks and drop-ins. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to send me over a message!! I’m currently only working part-time. I have some time on my hands and love dogs as is, so when I realized this was a side gig option, I hopped on it! I’ll be accepting walks/sitting/pop ins whenever I’m free! I have an open house with no fragile valuables, a fenced in back yard, and crates/ closed off options. Also very adaptable to other homes systems.
“Thanks Joe!!! You are just amazing with Reagan and so appreciate you. Ring able to take her on short notice. We trust you completely with our furry kids and home!”
“My husband and I were traveling across country with our fur baby, Bella and he wanted to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. They do not allow dogs (unless they are service dogs) into the hall of Fame, so as a Rover sitter myself, I looked for a sitter here. I found Pam and she was great! She provided the care and attention that Bella needed. When we left the Hall of Fame to go pick Bella up, I texted Pam to let her know we were on our way. Pam was thoughtful enough to take Bella for a walk before we picked her up and continued for a four hour drive. I highly recommend her!”

“Ms. Stephanie is a caring, dedicated, loving, and genuine pet owner and pet sitter. She is outstanding and it shows. My pet absolutely loved every moment with Ms. Stephanie and her family. Highly recommended.”

“Sage watched our elderly family dog while we were in Cleveland managing numerous appointments at the Cleveland clinic. She created a comfortable space for our 18 year old dog, sent lots of cute pictures and seemed to really care about her well being. Sage was extra flexible with our changing schedule, and it was a comfort to know that Maggie was being well taken care of during our stressful time. She is compassionate, reliable, and easy to get a hold of. When we are back in Cleveland we hope to have her watch Maggie again. I’d recommend her to anyone.”

“My first try and I struck GOLD. She is THE.BEST. After reading MANY profiles and REVIEWS, I am so glad Christine was able to meet our needs. In the initial booking and questions she was super responsive. She offered to do a meet and greet but with all the great feedback in the reviews and her repeat clients, I knew our pupster would be in good hands. During drop off she gave me an overview of the other furry friends and what I could expect the day would look like. I loved seeing the photos and all the interaction and attention puppy was getting. At pick-up she gave me a run down of the friends she made and the fun she had. I really appreciated chatting with Christine, because you can just tell how much she enjoys and cares for the ones that make her house “home” for a bit!”

“Tori was great with my little dog Jingles. Tori has two friendly larger dogs herself, and they were super great with my little dog. After meeting Tori and her dogs, I had no concerns about leaving my dog with her and would happily rebook her in the future.”

About: Hello! My name is Rebekah. I recently moved to the area and, while I can't have a dog of my own just yet, I would love to shower yours with affection, exercise, and care! I work full-time during the week, but I am incredibly flexible outside of office hours: Weekdays: Early Mornings (4:00 AM – 8:00 AM) & Evenings (4:30 PM – 12:00 AM) Weekends: Fully available anytime! Boarding: Open to discussion—just ask! My Experience: I’ve been pet-sitting and dog-walking since the 6th grade, giving me over a decade of hands-on experience. My background includes: Professional Care: Working at a professional dog kennel and daycare facility. Specialized Training: Volunteer Service Dog Trainer through 4 Paws for Ability. Rescue Work: Volunteer with Golden Retriever Rescue and Needy Dog Adoption. From high-energy pups to gentle seniors, and every breed in between, I’m ready to give your dog the best part of their day! Have a question or want to chat about boarding? Reach out! If I’m not the right fit or available, I’m happy to point you toward a resource or community contact who can help. Can't wait to meet your pup! Currently I am working part time but willing to make necessary changes to fit your schedule for your dog! Usually only 3 Days a week in the mornings but of course that can change to fit you and your pup as long as I’m given two weeks notice in advance. Currently I am not able to board any dogs but I know various parks and walking trails to take the dogs. My dog isn’t comfortable with other dogs currently just because she is so old.
About: Starting in July, I am available all day! I've always grown up with animals. I was born into a family with two older dogs, and grew up with 2 family dogs, Maggie & Henry, whom I loved and adored as family. When I moved to graduate school, I adopted two cats, Plum & May. I didn't grow up with cats, but during college up to now I spend time at local animal shelters volunteering and helping to socialize cats where I have time. Currently, I spend my free time trapping, spaying/neutering, and releasing feral cats in my neighborhood to give them better, safer lives. I work an 8-5pm job M-F currently in Cleveland. I am a graduate student, which does mean I am relatively busy, However, I am more than willing to try to fit pet-sitting/walking into my schedule. We can talk more about this if you want to book with me! I always like to get a detailed account of the owner's daily routine with the pet, as well as any medical or physical concerns I should be looking out for. If the client approves, I like to err on the side of reaching out if I have questions or concerns, rather than waiting until they get back. Additionally, having emergency veterinary information is a must, as I am willing to do what is necessary to keep your pet safe.

“Chloe came through super last minute for me to walk my dog! Very reliable, experienced, and stayed in contact with me the entire time! She also sent photos which I really appreciated. This was my first time using rover and my dog’s first babysitter! Thanks for making our experience so great! You are great at what you do!!! 🐶🫶🏻🩵”

“James was very easy going and patient with my puppy Moka. He took her for a nice extended walk, fed her and most of all, allowed her to warm up to him before he took her out.”

About: I’ve had pets since I was young and love taking dogs for walks, being affectionate with cats, and also meet your pet at their level and their energy! I work part-time as an in-home tech consultant, so my schedule is very flexible and I’m available for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight! I’m also available for extended sittings if needed (: I will always communicate and make sure I’m meeting your pet’s needs. I love sharing their activities with them (staring out the window, playing on the ground, talking to each other) and am always looking out for their comfort and safety (:
About: I love dogs and have been around them most of my life. Most recently I was lucky enough to have my yorkie for over 17 years. During your dogs stay with me I will treat them as if they are my own- getting lots of attention, walks, play time, and cuddles. I am committed to making sure your dog is happy, safe and comfortable during their time with me! I currently work from home the majority of the week. I am free on weekends so I can give your pup lots of time and attention! Your dog will be treated like a member of my family during their stay! They will get walks in my dog friendly neighborhood (along with a dog friendly park across the street), and lots of couch snuggles during TV binges. They will get lots of play time and attention!
“Absolutely love working with Victoria, and my pets definitely do too! Juno is always worn out and sleeps well the days she is walked by Victoria, and I appreciate having someone to exercise some of her excess energy! Couldn’t be happier! And the reports she leaves always make me smile. She gives my kitty a bit of attention when she comes in to walk Juno, which is much appreciated too”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and I have an 18 year old pup at home! I’m very passionate about the quality of life for our furry friends, and can’t wait to meet yours! I have an 18 year old dog at home, as well as a 3 year old cat. My animals are spoiled beyond belief, and taken care of diligently.
“I was so stressed out about not getting a walker for my boy due to the practical blizzard outside. But James was able to make it happen! My heart is happy. 10/10 will rebook! (:”

About: I work from home on a flexible schedule and can accommodate mornings, mid-day and evening times. If you’re unsure just ask! :) I have several years of experience caring for cats and dogs and understand how important communication and updates are when you trust me with your pet. I work from home full time, so your pet will have plenty of company and attention. Your dog will also have the company of my friendly dog, Paloma, a 2 year old mini Bernedoodle. We have plenty of space and toys to have fun inside, as well as a walkable neighborhood for us to explore. I have multiple dog beds for sharing and an extra crate that can be used if needed.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 16, giving me nearly a decade of experience with dogs and cats of all personalities. I’m attentive, responsible, and committed to keeping your pets happy and comfortable while you’re away. I work a hybrid schedule with two days in the office and three days at home, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care. On my home days, I’m available for regular visits, drop‑ins, and longer stays. On office days, I can still provide morning, evening, and lunchtime check‑ins. My routine is consistent and predictable, so pets get reliable care and attention throughout the week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and stress‑free as possible. I follow feeding schedules, refresh water, clean litter boxes, and provide plenty of playtime, affection, and calm companionship. I make sure the home stays tidy, lights and doors are secure, and pets get the attention they’re used to. Whether it’s quick drop‑ins or longer stays, I keep communication clear with updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing.
“Ellen did a great job walking my dog! She was on time, followed instructions, and communicated with me! Quincy had so much fun and is very excited to see Ellen again for another walk!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have always taken great care of them! Since high school, I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and spent time walking dogs for local organizations. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own (I’m saving for one!), this gives me plenty of free time to help care for others’ furry family members—especially since I work remotely. I have 3 lil kitties who I love- I can definitely work with any animal ranging from reptiles to horses :) volunteering at sanctuary’s and zoos helped me gain that experience. I work full time, but remote/hybrid. I have the ability to schedule many breaks within my schedule for play time and potty breaks. I can provide as much attention needed for your little pups and/or kitties. Please feel free to shoot me a message to check availability if my calendar is blocked! I do not at this time provide boarding, but I live in a two story duplex! My cats have their own area and I have the ability to keep them separate from other animals if needed. If I am sitting in your home, i’ll make sure to provide enrichment and maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
About: Hi, my name is James Dalla C. I love pets and wish I could own a pup pf my own full-time. Unfortunately, I am currently in graduate school for sociology and do not have the time to take care of a pet full-time. Therefore, summer-time is the perfect time for me to interact with pets for people who need them taken care of (and taken care of with compassion and love). I am extremely active and love to go on long walks and spend hours in the park, which consists of exercise and playing when it comes to dog sitting. Furthermore, if you are in need of a dog sitter, look no further. I am here to help and would love to do so. :)

While we were away we received daily updates with photos and it looked like our pup was having a great time. Thanks for taking good care and we look forward to scheduling with you again!”

“Karin took great care with my 5 month old puppy, sent photos and was great at communicating what Daisy was doing. It was nice that her dog got along with the puppy and she had a great backyard for the dog to run and play. You can tell that her and her husband love dogs. I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter. :)”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i was a little girl, they’re an important part of my life. Every dog that visits will receive a bath if requested! Very good with senior pups! I have a very flexible work, as well as my husbands schedule so always there to do potty breaks and just give some love and attention! I have one dog right now, he’s a 6 year old lab. He’s pretty chill, likes to play & would love to have a buddy to play with!
“Devon was fantastic. Very attentive and loving and made Hazel feel right at home. She sent pics and Hazel seemed very relaxed. I would highly recommend her.”

“Rachel was amazing with my dog, Addy! She treated her like her own and sent photo updates every day, which I loved. Addy was clearly happy and well taken care of. I’d definitely book with Rachel again!”

“I never have to worry about my dog when she is with Kimberly. She’s great about sending pictures and videos so that I can see how my dog is doing. My dog has never looked stressed in any of the pictures at Kimberly’s, and that is unusual for my tender hearted dog! I will continue using Kimberly as long as she’s available!!”

“Takia was very responsive and kind! We received daily updates of our pups and we were able to see that they were being treated very well. We had a hiccup with their pills but it was handled professionally and quickly. We would definitely recommend her and book again with her 💗”

“Aspen was simply outstanding. She's experienced, professional and easy to work with. She offered us the peace of mind of knowing our senior hound dog was in good hands during our time away. We strongly recommend her services and will seek to use her again in the future.”

“Sarah was amazing! She was very kind and flexible with my booking. She sent me lots of updates and pictures. She took great care of my pup and I would highly recommend her to anyone for their dog sitting needs. Thanks!”

“My pups were very happy and healthy when I picked them up and incredibly tired from playing in Keeley’s yard! Incredibly grateful that they were in such good hands while we were out of town!”

“We recently had Katherine watch our golden retriever, Ziggy, while we went out of town for a long weekend. She was kind enough to accommodate our last minute request, was very friendly and personable, and you could tell she genuinely loves animals. Ziggy seemed to have a great time! We would definitely recommend Katherine to anyone!”
“Jeffany does an absolutely amazing job! Super prompt responses to questions/issues and pictures twice/day. Our dogs always return clean and happy with all of their things organized and blankets washed. I am EXTREMELY picky as to who watches our bulldogs and we will always use Jeffany when they are available! Highly recommend”

“Matt was great with Chasey, she was so happy with him and his doggos! They made her feel right at home! I really appreciated the photo updates and communication throughout the weekend. We will definitely be coming back in the future!”
