“Our puppy was recently adopted, so this was our first time leaving her while we went on vacation. Toneke took great care of our baby Nina. She sent us daily updates, along with videos/photos. We instantly felt comfortable with Toneke upon our first meet and greet. Toneke’s doggy, Chance, was also so sweet and Nina loved having a playmate. We will definitely be using Toneke’s services again.”

“Lorene and Ray took such excellent care of our Gizmo while we were gone for a week! They are very laid back, super sweet and instantly made me feel at ease leaving him. I received pictures daily and Lorene went above and beyond in taking care of our baby! Gizmo had some little playmates his size and I could tell he really enjoyed his stay. I will definitely use them again if the opportunity arises!”

“Highly recommend! Leahrae was very accommodating and handled my high separation anxiety pup well. She sent some pics and followed all instructions for my dogs meds and his needs. She was very friendly and my dog loved her too. :)”

“Sheila is a great dog-sitter! She was very responsive and super caring with Benny our mini-bernadoodle. You can tell she loves dogs and makes them feel like part of the family. Highly recommended!”

“Hazel had an amazing time with Daisy and Charles! They would keep us updated on how she was doing and would send pictures showing us she was having a great time playing with their doggies. They were super nice and reassuring and definitely showed us that we can trust them with our baby. I will definitely keep them as hazel sitters from here on out. Thank you Daisy and Charles!”

About: I've taken care of a range of different pets from puppies to turtles my entire life! I have trained multiple dogs whether its the basics or advanced, I got you! I currently have three days off a week. These days are around the weekend so I got you for those last minute trips or emergencies! I am in an apartment but this doesn't stop me. We would go on plently of walks, plays, and even swims depending on the animal of course! In clients homes my motto is leave it nicer than when I came!

“LaDonna kept me posted throughout my pup’s stay with pictures, videos, and updates. It was my dog (and my) first experience with using Rover and she made it such a good one! We will definitely plan to use her again in the future.”

“Sarah was absolutely wonderful with our girl, Indie! She sent lots of updates and pictures which made me very relieved and happy that she was having so much and fun and knowing that she was in great care! Indie is going back in a month!”

“We’re so grateful for Dezire! Max had such a fun and safe stay with her and the other dogs. Her photo updates kept us at ease, and her experience with reactive/high-energy pups really shows. Max did so well. We’ll definitely return. Thank you, Dezire!”

“We were comfortable leaving Dulce in Calie's care and other than food she supplied all items needed during her stay. Drop off and pick up were easy and flexible, we will definitely book with her for any future needs!”

“Sonya was absolutely amazing! I went on an 8-day vacation, and when I booked, Sonya immediately offered a meet-and-greet. This made my pup and me feel so much better about the long stay. She sent daily updates and photos, and I never had a worry that my pup was getting love and attention. I will for sure look to book Sonya in the future.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Broken Arrow
John is truly a person who is very capable and loving to your pet. I felt comfortable and confident knowing that my dog was being well cared for, and loved. I will definitely use John in the future as the need arises. He was very good about providing feedback to me, as I was an anxious pet parent leaving my dog for the first time

We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful sitter for Nala! This is the second time Amanda has watched her, and the experience has been just as amazing as the first. Amanda sends pictures every day, which gives us so much peace of mind and makes it easy to see how happy and comfortable Nala is. Her dogs are incredibly kind and sweet, and they’ve really welcomed Nala in and helped her feel right at home. Nala always comes back from her house well-rested and clearly very well taken care of. We absolutely plan to keep using her as our regular dog sitter and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring, socially for our senior dog. ❤️❤️

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OK ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
