“Glenn was absolutely wonderful with our girl, Saphire, who is a 75lb American Bully. She can be stubborn at times and is very strong, but we felt totally at peace while she was in Glenn’s care. This was also our first time ever using Rover for a pet sitter and Glenn knocked it out of the park! We were sent daily updates at least twice a day with pictures, in addition asked us any clarifying questions that he had to ensure she was good to go and stayed on her routine. She has a lot of extra things / specifics and Glenn kept up with it all no problem, and really went the extra mile with the care that he provided. Highly recommend! Glenn is an exceptional pet sitter — we will be reaching out to him again in the future, that’s for sure! 11/10 for Glenn!!!”

“Brooke went above and beyond taking care of our cats while we were gone! She has excellent, quick communication and sends lots of photos every day, which kept my kids super happy. She notified me right away when she noticed that the water bowls we had out for the cats were completely dry by the next day and found another bowl to put out for them to have enough water. And then the next two days she cleaned up the mess the cats made with the extra water bowl (they had knocked it over and tracked dirty paw prints throughout the hardwood floors!). She didn’t need to clean up the floors, but she did anyway. We will definitely ask Brooke to care for our cats again if she’s willing to deal with their mischief. Thank you Brooke!”

It's just so nice to know my dogs get to be social all day when I'm busy doing boring human things. It takes away all that guilt and sadness of coming home to them having been cooped up and alone. :( Overall, they are just so much happier and calm since I started doing Day Care with Kaeli. Katherine provided a fun environment for Oliver. She walked him and let him play in their large backyard each day, even in the heat! They also were very careful and loving to my old dog with hip dysplasia. The second day I went to drop the girls off, both of them went running right into the house and looked back like they were saying, see you later. If that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is. About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a child, and I was lucky enough to have my dog, Sadie, for 11 years. I adopted her when she was just one year old and trained her myself. She passed away in August of this year (2026). One thing that has truly shaped me as a pet owner was caring for Sadie after she became disabled three years ago. That experience taught me patience, compassion, and how to recognize the little things that can make a big difference in a dog's comfort and well-being. “Had to go on a cruise and left my two fur babies in the care of my in-laws. While they were able to feed and pamper them they are no longer of the age where they can walk two large dogs. That’s where Krystal came in came. I’ve been told my dogs quickly learn to recognize the sound of Krystal’s vehicle and when they heard her pull in the drive way the dogs would run to the front door eagerly waiting for her arrival. I’ve been told now that I’m back that I need to keep Krystal as the dogs loved her so much. I really appreciated getting updates every evening with pictures of the dogs including the route they took, how far and how long they walked. All this was sent via email and text which was good as I was not receiving text messages (I could still communicate with Krystal via email). Overall a very positive experience.”
