She notified me right away when she noticed that the water bowls we had out for the cats were completely dry by the next day and found another bowl to put out for them to have enough water. And then the next two days she cleaned up the mess the cats made with the extra water bowl (they had knocked it over and tracked dirty paw prints throughout the hardwood floors!).
