I treat your home and your pets with the exact same care and respect I expect for my own. Safety First: I double-check gear, harnesses, and gate latches before we step outside, and I use force-free, low-stress handling so your pup feels completely comfortable and safe with me. Proactive Care: Working in animal care taught me to keep a close eye on the subtle details—like changes in eating, drinking, movement, or behavior. If anything seems even slightly off, you’ll get an honest, direct update from me right away. Home Security: I respect your privacy and property. Entry codes and keys are kept strictly secure, doors are locked tight when I leave, and I’ll always leave your home clean and settled.

Schedule
I maintain a flexible schedule throughout the day, which allows me to drop in at the exact times your pet is used to. My main goal is to keep their routine intact so they stay calm and happy while you're away. A few quick notes on my scheduling and rates: Walks (Booked as 60-Minute Visits): Getting gear on, wiping paws, feeding, and settling a dog back in takes time. To make sure your dog gets a full, unhurried walk on top of their normal care, all neighborhood walks are billed at my 60-minute rate. Late-Evening Visits (After 8:30 PM): My regular visit window ends at 8:00 PM so I can spend time with my family. If you need a drop-in at 8:30 PM or later, there is a $10 late-night fee per visit, which I'll add to the request before confirming.

- To ensure a smooth, safe experience for everyone, I require a Meet & Greet prior to confirming any new bookings. This is a non-negotiable step so your pet feels completely confident with me in their space, and to make sure we are both set up for success! Prior to our meeting, please be ready to share: Typical behaviors, quirks, or known triggers/fears Exact feeding, treat, and medication routines Medical history or physical limitations Entry/exit and home access instructions Choice-Based Care & Boundaries: Animals can be unpredictable when their owners aren’t around, and their needs change from day to day—just like humans. I practice force-free, choice-based care and will never force an animal into a walk or an activity if they aren't up for it. If your pet has low energy or needs extra space on a given day, I respect those boundaries completely. Comfort, safety, and emotional well-being always come first.
