And she is understanding and loving towards our demanding, sometimes chaotic, old-man cat who receives regular meds every couple of days. She even cleaned his ears when he got an ear infection right before we left for a trip. She is great at sending photos and checking in regularly, and I know I never have to worry when she is taking care of them. Rachel is one of the very few people that I trust my pets with!”

About: I am certified as a veterinary assistant in NY through HVCC. I worked at a veterinary clinic for one year. I have been around cats and dogs all my life. I have even fostered multiple cats and dogs and helped them get adopted. I have also run cross-country in high school, so I have a lot of energy and endurance for dogs that need more time outside. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your furbaby or furbabies! I'm available for services on weekends and weekdays. I enjoy walking every day; I walk at least 5 miles a day and would love company. My pets at home require different care. I have a super hyperactive dog whom I take out every 3 hours for 15 minutes. I also have four cats, and I clean their litter boxes (including vacuuming and mopping the area) daily. My pets are fed twice a day. I trim their nails when needed (my dog about once every 2 weeks and my cats once a month). I also brush and groom them. I have trained all my pets basic commands (NOT Certified), including my cats.

She has knowledge and experience with leash reactive dogs, which one of ours is. She was attentive and snuggly, which is what our dogs need. Sherry sent updates and pictures throughout each day we were gone. I would recommend her for your dog sitting needs any time!”
