About: I never grew up with cats. My childhood was filled with dogs, but cats were never really a part of my life. It wasn’t until I got into my early twenties that everything changed. On a whim, I adopted my very first cats—a brother and sister named Leo and Lola. From the moment they came home, I completely fell in love with them. They each had their own personalities, little quirks, and unique ways of showing affection, and before I knew it, they had completely stolen my heart. They showed me just how loving, funny, and comforting cats can be, and I couldn’t imagine my life without them. Leo and Lola opened the door to a whole new world for me. What started with just the two of them quickly turned into a passion for giving more cats loving homes. One adoption led to another, and before long, my little family had grown to nine cats. People always ask me if nine cats is too many, but to me, each one has brought something special into my life. Every cat has their own story, their own personality, and their own place in my heart. My home may be full of fur, toys, and the occasional chaos, but it’s also full of love, comfort, and happiness. Looking back, it’s funny to think that I never grew up with cats at all. About: I grew up with dogs + cats and have experience raising puppies, handling senior dogs, and dogs with minor special needs (mobility issues and vision-impaired). I have worked with animal rescues as a foster for dogs as well! As for cats, I have fostered nearly 50 kittens and adult cats, and have experience with special needs cats! I also have experience with animals such as rabbits, lizards, fish, guinea pigs/hamsters. I currently have no form of employment and can spare most of my time for pet-care. My pets are well-cared for and since they all came from rescues, their specific needs are taken into account. As for a client’s home, I will make sure that their pets are loved as if they are my own and I will keep the home clean if any accidents occur. When talking about safety with any pet, I take a precautious approach with anything that could become an 'oops!' or a 'hey you, get that out of your mouth!' moment. So I will always take precautions with anything being left out unmonitored like toys, food, anything chewable, stringy, or soft toys, etc. I never want to have to think twice about a preventable accident with your pet, so I always take the time to keep everyone safe. This goes especially for walks, your dog or cat's safety is always going to be at the front of my mind when interacting with any other furry friends nearby, as it is always better to be safe than sorry. Every pet needs a different relationship approach, and different play styles! There are some pets who just want to cuddle, ones who need specific play-styles to be interested, and others who need someone up to the task of frizbee-ing the Tasmanian Devil out of them! I know personally one of my cats only wants to lazily swat at one specific toy he keeps losing, and the other wants to run and leap around for 20 minutes straight. I am dedicated to learning what your pet really likes so they have a great time with me, and you can go to work, over a friends, or on vacation without a worry that they living their best life.

“OMG! Alyssa and Marcus were amazing!!! It was Sam's first time being away from home. I was super nervous because he can get a little anxious and I didn't know how he would adjust to being away from home. We thought about it over some time and Alyssa and Marcus were able to accomodate our plans last minute. Before the reservation was even finalized, they were so helpful and reassuring. They kept me updated throughout his stay with so many pictures and reassurances. It really put my mind at ease. Sam had such a good time with Zara, Alyssa, and Marcus...I think he was upset he had to leave! I can't imagine sending him anywhere else. I definitely weill be booking with them again.”

Within minutes of meeting Laura and her dog, Wally, Calvin was literally eating out of her hands.
