About: I have had dogs my entire life and have cared for them ever since I can remember. I also have multiple years of experience working in a veterinary hospital, kennel, and animal shelter. About: I’ve had a love for dogs since I was little, one of my first books that I read as a child was about dogs, and have cared for 4 dogs in the last 11 years. I had a Jack Russell terrier, Yorkshire terrier & toy poodle, who have passed in their old age. I currently have an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix who is 2. About: My apartment complex has a side yard with plenty of space throughout it. I have a couple dog parks nearby, a courtyard and neighborhoods within a few feet that are all dog friendly. About: As long as I can remember I've been an animal lover. I grew up riding horses, working on farms, + living with no less than 3 dogs at a time in my house. As a kid I dreamed of being a veterinarian. I took in all sorts of animals that needed to be nursed back to health from birds + snakes to donkeys + kittens. It was a little like living in a zoo + I loved every second! I rode + trained horses competitively in high school. At 16, I qualified for the junior Olympic team in equestrian eventing.
