“Bear and Bailee had another GREAT 😊 stay with Julianna!!! They were with her for 4 nights and she took really good care of them. I felt entirely comfortable leaving them with her! My pups can be a bit clingy at time and my Bear-Bear can be a little moody and he had a great time with her mom 😊. I am so grateful to have found Julianna. ♥️”

“Casta was very well cared for and I am sure she thoroughly enjoyed her stay with Andres and two other canine friends at the home. Andres kept me updated throughout the stay on how Casta was getting along and fitting in with the group. We will definitely use Andres again for future boarding.”

“We left Cooper and Mason with Brian for a week. We felt comfortable leaving them from day 1. Brian was very communicative and gave us daily updates. The boys were very happy and well taken care of. I would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend anyone who wants their dogs to be well taken care of to use Brian.”

“Harper had a great time! Lexi sent frequent updates and took great care of Harper while we were out of town. They have a great yard and home for dogs. You can tell they give lots of love to the animals.”

“Alyssa and Marcus are the absolute best! Sam always has a wonderful time with them and Zara! They are his second family and the excitement he has when we pull up to their home is unbelievable. It warms my heart every time.”

“All the hype about Dante is true! He’s communicative, accommodating, and really great energy. He asks a lot of questions to ensure my Kado was well taken care of. Dante is someone who truly loves what he does and that makes me happy. I think Kado and I found a permanent sitter until Dante retires us lol”

“Rita is absolutely fabulous, she’s so sweet and considerate. Our pup LOVED staying with her, we even got regular photos and videos! She’s an amazing communicator and her house and yard are so cute!”

“This was my first time leaving my dog, Aldo, for such a long period, so I was honestly a bit nervous at first. The first couple of days were the hardest for me, and I found myself checking in often. Donte was very understanding and kept me updated, which really helped. After the first few days, I started receiving regular videos, pictures, and even video calls, and that made a huge difference. I could see Aldo was not just okay, he was actually having a great time. He’s normally the only dog at home, but during his stay, he had other dogs to interact with and played and enjoyed himself. It honestly felt like he was the one on vacation, not me. Aldo is a 12-year-old senior dog and can be a picky eater, so I was concerned about how he would adjust. Donte was very patient with him and made sure he was comfortable. When I picked him up, Aldo was completely himself, calm, normal, and clearly well taken care of. That meant a lot to me. I also really appreciated the home environment. There were always people around, which helped Aldo feel more at ease since he’s used to that at home. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care and attention Aldo received. You can tell Donte genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. I would definitely trust him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

“Sherry was so kind and attentive to our dog. She had us do a meet-and-greet, which helped my dog to go to her when we dropped her off. She sent us pictures and videos while we were apart. She walked our dog frequently. We are grateful for her kindness to our dog.”

“Bryce was incredible! This was Thor’s first time away from us and I was just as anxious as he was. Bryce did a wonderful job of putting us both at ease. The photos and updates during the day was greatly appreciated. Thank you Bryce!”

“Dana is absolutely great! She took great care of our dog, Beau and was very accommodating with any request we made. We even had an opportunity to stay on our vacation an additional night and being very flexible, she helped us out to keep our dog another night. She was very considerate and thoughtful. We will absolutely request her again.”

“George has helped us out twice with our dog when we were out of town and we’ve been very appreciative of his flexibility, friendliness, and most of all taking good care of our furbaby. So thankful for reliable sitters like George in the neighborhood that we can”

“Jeslyn was so sweet! She arrived at the car with treats to pick up my pup, and kept her comfortable and was well taken care of. Great communicator, I received plenty of pictures throughout her stay. Will definitely book again!”

“Carismeldi and Pablo always take great care of our pup! We receive regular updates and pictures- our doggy always has a huge smile when she’s with them! Highly recommend Carismeldi and Pablo!”

“Sarah was so great with our boxer, Lulu! We get nervous leaving Lulu when we go away because she gets anxious being away from us but Sarah kept us updated with multiple texts and pictures each day. It was a relief knowing she was being well taken care of and the photos reassured us that she was playing and comfortable at Sarah's house. Highly recommend!!”

“Max had a very nice stay. Family is very friendly and accommodating. Max seemed to have a great time. Alison sent us pictures during his stay. Would highly recommend this individual for care again. Looking forward to our next stay. 5 stars all the way !!!”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
