“Donte boarded my senior German Shepherd for 5 days including Christmas Day. She was well cared for, receiving her medications twice a day to manage her hip arthritis and pain from IVDD. She came home rested and without any signs of over exertion, which can be difficult to manage while other dogs are boarded. My only concern was that I had become used to Rover hires providing a daily update; I had not explicitly asked for this and Donte sent one unprompted update (on Christmas), but he was very quick to respond when I reached out to check in on her. He also offered an important observation at pick up about the length of my dogs back toenails, indicating careful attention to the dog’s wellbeing.”
“Khaing is a wonderful and amazing cat sitter! I had just taken in a cat 2 days before a destination wedding for several days so was on a really tight and stressful schedule. My cat didn't want to get in the carrier so Khaing was kind enough to get him from our apartment the next day. I'm so grateful for her patience and care! She even gifted my cat a banana toy after she realized how much he loves it! Great communication: she was very attentive and responsive to messages. There were constant picture updates. “Pico's over night stay with Emily & Christine couldn't have gone better. They gave us the option for a meet and greet which was super helpful to ease our minds about leaving our fur baby. They were communicative before and during his stay. We could tell from the pictures he had a blast. He made friends with Lilo, their pup, and their kiddos, and it sounds like he even got along nicely with their cat. The ultimate complement is that Pico was clearly sad to come home from his sleepover - just like our human kids after hanging out with one of their besties. “If I could give her 10 stars I would. I am very hesitant of who I leave my dog with. Roxann made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. My dog is on antibiotics and she had so problem at all giving her her meds and making sure she was happy. She would update me multiple times a day and send pictures. My dog is house broken but idk why she had an accident in the house and I as an owner was so embarrassed but Roxann did not make me feel bad about it at all. I would recommend her to anyone. I have used this app twice before and never left a review and never felt like my dog was being treated just the way I treat her, but she was! I am definitely going to use her again! Thanks Roxann!”
