“If I could give her 10 stars I would. I am very hesitant of who I leave my dog with. Roxann made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. My dog is on antibiotics and she had so problem at all giving her her meds and making sure she was happy. She would update me multiple times a day and send pictures. My dog is house broken but idk why she had an accident in the house and I as an owner was so embarrassed but Roxann did not make me feel bad about it at all. I would recommend her to anyone. “Donte boarded my senior German Shepherd for 5 days including Christmas Day. She was well cared for, receiving her medications twice a day to manage her hip arthritis and pain from IVDD. She came home rested and without any signs of over exertion, which can be difficult to manage while other dogs are boarded. My only concern was that I had become used to Rover hires providing a daily update; I had not explicitly asked for this and Donte sent one unprompted update (on Christmas), but he was very quick to respond when I reached out to check in on her. He also offered an important observation at pick up about the length of my dogs back toenails, indicating careful attention to the dog’s wellbeing.”
