My partner and I have had the same Rover doggy-god-mother for about 2.5 years and she recently moved to NYC and we were desperate and scared to find a loving caretaker for our pups. Sarah and Anthony are the definition of doggy heaven! We were so anxious and they were willing to do a meet and greet with us two weeks before the scheduled overnight stay! It was an instant click! I was super nervous because he can get a little anxious and I didn't know how he would adjust to being away from home. We thought about it over some time and Alyssa and Marcus were able to accomodate our plans last minute. Before the reservation was even finalized, they were so helpful and reassuring. They kept me updated throughout his stay with so many pictures and reassurances. It really put my mind at ease. Sam had such a good time with Zara, Alyssa, and Marcus...I think he was upset he had to leave! I can't imagine sending him anywhere else. I definitely weill be booking with them again.”
