“Brian was great. From first contact and throughout Navi's stay, communication was prompt and professional. Our golden retriever got along well with his two goldens and she really enjoyed the stay. We received pictures and an update each day. Brian has a large fenced in yard for the dogs to enjoy, along with a screened in porch for some fresh air on rainy days. Heather was wonderful with Sauce for his overnight stay! She was very communicative from the start and made time for a meet and greet beforehand. Her home was lovely and very pet friendly, and she asked lots of questions to make sure Sauce would be comfortable, well cared for, and a good fit in her home overnight. While we were away, she sent pictures and kept me updated on how Sauce was doing and what he was up to, which gave me great peace of mind. Heather was super pleasant, easy-going, and clearly thoughtful about the dogs she cares for. Sauce seemed happy and comfortable with her, and I would absolutely use Heather again.
We have been bringing our dog to Bronwen for a number of years. When we pull into Bronwen's driveway, Trixie jumps right out and runs to get into Bronwen's backyard without a backward glance. She loves going to Bronwen, and we get lots of updates. Trixie can be a picky eater, but Bronwen always gets her to eat. Trixie comes home tired and happy. Highly recommend Bronwen!
