Both dogs while happy to see us, didn’t seem like they had been stressed while we were away- a big improvement for us! About: I have taken care of pets since I was 12. From pet sitting for families with cats and/or dogs, walking dogs for many summers, attending to animals when I babysat, and taking care of my own dog, Kurt, I have done it all! About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets. I’ve loved animals since I can remember from a very early age. I have one cat personally but take care of three dogs during my off time. No matter how big or small all animals can count on my expertise for the love and care they need and deserve. Currently in between jobs, I have all the free time in the world, I would love to stay with afternoons and nights however over night is no problem with me! I do not have a yard however there is a field that your pups can play in directly in front of my home. I do have a crate if needed as well as my own space for your pups if they need separation. My cat is very friendly and loves to cuddle with all animals but can put him away during your pets stay with me just in case.
About: Of course I love animals, but what matters more to me is noticing who your pet actually is. Are they the kind of dog who needs to sniff the same corner for five minutes before moving on? Are they a little shy at first and pretending not to care? Do they get excited easily and need someone calm around them? Are they a cat who wants company, but absolutely not too much company? I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, who is included in the pictures, also helps me out with my Rover schedules. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. About: I’ve been a pet sitter for family and friends since I was 12 years old. I live in a home with two large dogs, a pitbull/golden retriever mix and australian cattle dog. I also have 2 baby bunnies of my own! For every Summer the past 5 years, I’ve been cat sitting for my uncle who has 8 cats and more recently a golden doodle puppy. They also took great care of our home. They brought in our mail and packages, which gave us peace of mind while we were away, and kept everything in excellent shape. We are so happy to have found Paige to watch our two girls, Gracie and Scout. Paige was wonderful with the girls, taking them on walks and cuddling in front of the tv, and kept us updated with texts and lots of pictures.
