Mont’e treated my pets as if they were his own and when I came back they were both super calm and relaxed because of the great care provided. About: I have had dogs in my family since I was little and adopted a little tuxedo cat two years ago. I have worked for various humane societies and watched family and friends pets for the past 8 years. Happy to watch dogs or cats! I will be available full-time from June through early August, so pet care will be a central part of my daily routine. With a very flexible schedule, I’m able to prioritize each pet’s unique needs, whether that means regular walks, playtime, feeding, or just providing companionship. I'm committed to giving pets consistent attention and care throughout the day and adapting to any specific routines they may already have. Since I’m not able to have pets in my apartment, I provide care in my clients' homes. I focus on maintaining the pet’s regular routine in a familiar environment, which helps reduce stress and keep them comfortable. I’m attentive to each pet’s needs, whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, administering medication, or just spending quality time together. I also make sure to keep the home tidy and follow any specific instructions the owner provides.

It was our first time leaving our 3 mo old dachshund puppy with anyone other than family, and they went absolutely above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable with them, and that we were at ease before and during the stay. As our puppy can be quite high maintenance and is teething, we were very nervous to leave her with anyone, and after the weekend, I would feel completely comfortable leaving her with them again! they have two young dogs of their own, and shared the long resume of breeds and ages they’ve dog sat for, making it clear they knew what they were in for and how to provide her the attention she needed. They offered to come meet Frankie before the weekend booking, and sent loads of pictures and videos throughout the weekend. With our permission, they took her on lots of activities (dog park, to play with their puppies, to get coffee, etc.), which meant so much to us as socialization is crucial at this age. we appreciated them doing so much to keep the day to day similar to what she is used to when we are home. Will definitely book again, thank you!!”

About: I have been caring for dogs since i was 11 when my family and I first got a dog. my mom made it clear that i would be the primary caretaker and i made sure i was well equipt with the proper knowledge. i have experience (and success) with clicker training, walking, feeding, as well as caring for dogs with complicated feeding and medication requirements. I am training to be a social worker and my empathy and compassion goes beyond my love of humans; i will treat your dog with the utmost respect and care! I am a grad student but I am on summer break, so other than a few theatre commitments, I have very open availability! I have a dog at home but split the care with my partner. Because of my social work studies, I have an increased capacity of understanding and am also very aware of my surroundings. You can trust your pet will be safe on whether on walks with me or in your home.
