About: **Serious Inquiries Only *** With over 10 years of hands-on experience in pet care, I have developed a deep understanding and passion for working with small dog breeds and puppies. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to providing top-tier care for both puppies and adult small breeds, helping them thrive in loving, healthy environments. I have worked extensively with a variety of small dog breeds, including Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Yorkies, Shih Tzus, and Dachshunds. My experience spans everything from basic pet care and feeding to behavior management, training, and health monitoring. I specialize in the unique needs of small dogs, including their dietary requirements, exercise routines, and socialization skills. With adult small dogs, I work on maintaining good health, managing behavioral issues, and fostering strong bonds between pet and owner. I’m particularly passionate about understanding the individual personalities of each dog, ensuring they receive personalized care that meets their specific needs. My extensive background in pet care has allowed me to not only enhance the lives of the dogs I care for but also provide valuable advice and support to their owners, helping them navigate the joys and challenges of dog ownership. “Clifford did an amazing job watching my dog, Zebo, today! From the moment I picked him up, I could tell he had a great time. He came back happy, energetic, and acting like he had puppy fever again — and he’s 11! 😂 That alone tells me he was well cared for and genuinely enjoyed his time. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Zebo was in good hands. I truly appreciate the care and attention Clifford gave him and would absolutely trust him again for doggy day care. Highly recommend!”

“Pam and Evan were so kind to help with watching our mini schnauzer for the day. We are from out of town and have they were able to keep her while we were sightseeing. Thank you both!”

About: I've grown up with dogs all my life! I've been responsible for walking, feeding, petting, and loving multiple family dogs. I know how to be patient with a dog and react based on the dog's comfort level. I work remote so my schedule is extremely flexible. I can be anywhere at anytime! Let me know what your pet needs and I'll be happy to accommodate them and you :) This will depend mostly on the owner's needs, but I will have eyes on your pet at all times to make sure they're safe and sound. I make sure to listen to an animals queues.
“Mary is so kind and truly loves animals. She was so kind and patient with my little puppy. She kept me updated throughout the day to ease my anxiety of leaving my dog for the first time. She also is very flexible in her schedule which is exactly what I was looking for. Excited to have Mary watch her again!”

About: Dogs have always been part of my life and my family. I am retired now, so my schedule is very flexible. My husband and I lead an active lifestyle and will make sure your dog is taken care of like family. We have a large backyard with access from a doggy door. We will keep you posted with photos and feedback on a daily basis. We have raised all breeds over our years as dog owners and have been blessed with wonderful senior rescues. Since my husband and I are both retired we are very flexible in our schedules and should be able to accommodate any timeframe that is needed. Our backyard is spacious and fenced in. There is access through a doggy door if that is negotiable for your dog. It can also be blocked if if required. We are very close to a beautiful park, which is wonderful for some nice long walks. We recently lost our 10 year old bull terrier to cancer and so our house feels empty without our beloved Walter. We will make sure your furry friend feels like family.
“Absolutely delighted with the care my pitbull Tito received from Sophie! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment Tito met her, he was all tail wags. She took him on multiple outdoor adventures, including a fantastic 1-hour hike, which I'm sure he thoroughly enjoyed. It's clear that she treated Tito like one of her own, allowing him to socialize and play with her dogs. The level of activity and exercise he got was impressive – he was happily exhausted and even took a nap as soon as we got home! Not only did she provide exceptional care, but she also shared valuable recommendations for the best treats and toys, showing her genuine dedication to the well-being of our furry friends. Tito can't wait for his next visit, and neither can I! Huge thanks to a dog sitter who goes above and beyond! ??”

“Seymour lives his best life while staying with Tongyezhi and her family. It's tough to give Seymour the attention he deserves at home with two toddlers running around so it is a major relief to be able to have him do daycare where he can have the extra fun he is missing at home.”

About: I have a high-energy dog that has prepared me in all aspects of pet care! I am well-versed in on- and off-leash exercise and have plenty of ideas for indoor enrichment activities. Having raised my own dog from 6 weeks old, I’m familiar with all of the accidents that can happen when pets are home alone. I’ve also cared for elderly and medically-complex dogs. I work remotely during the school year and have summers off. My work is in pacific time, giving me plenty of time in the morning to take your pet on a walk, play outside, or just keep them company. Of course, when I’m off in the summer, I have all the time in the world to spend with your pets! I am open to the safety, trust, and environment guidelines set by each pet owner. As the owner of a needy dog, I understand that each family has different preferences for keeping their home and pets safe!
“My dog did well in Austin’s care. He enjoyed playing with their dogs and came home happy! He provided updates and was quick to respond. Austin came recommended by three different people. I will definitely use him again.”

About: Hello! My name is Ella and I’m 23 years old and I am a student at the Cleveland institute of music studying opera. Singing and animals are my two greatest passions in life! I grew up with a Bichon who is now 12 years old and living with my mom in Columbus Ohio. Taking care of him throughout my life has been one of my greatest blessings and I’ve had the joy of extending my love for him to dozens of dogs and cats across the Cleveland area over the past 6 years! I follow a vegan diet and am passionate about the color yellow and I adore movies (especially horror!). All my friends love meeting and playing with any animals I care for (with pet parent permission of course!) so no matter what, I (or me AND my friends) will give your baby(s) a most fun and special time! I am a graduate student at the Cleveland institute of music and within my schedule have breaks and long blocks of time where I can go to hangout with, check in on, walk, and feed pets :) I’m almost always available to spend the night and take care of them in the morning before setting off for my day. The longest I would need to leave a dog alone would be 5-6 at most, but that would be rare. Most often, it would be 3-4 hours or less :) I always appreciate when pet parents create a list for me of things I need to know so I can continue to reference it throughout my time caring for their pet until I get to know the dog super well! I am careful to keep dangerous or toxic things off floors and out of reach, I ensure that small dogs have easy access to higher couches or beds (as long as pet parents allow this), I clean and refill their water bowl every morning and wash their food bowls. I will give your dog lots of love and cuddles and pets and attention and time outside and exercise and plenty of treats!
About: Growing up we always had a family dog. We had Schnauzers (twice), a Cocker Spanial, a Wire Fox Terrier and a Springer Spaniel. My favorite was probably the Springer, as she loved to play fetch for hours. While I don't have professional (getting paid) experience, I do occasionally dog sit for a neighbor, in fact doing so for a week this coming March (2020). Looking forward to getting one of my one some day. Newly retired, I didn't want to have a dog while working full time and didn't want to leave the dog alone all day. Looking forward to meeting some pups before getting a dog of my own. I have plenty of free time now so I am very flexible. I currently have 2 cats and am availabe for cat sitting also. I'm retired so I have plenty of free time for taking care of your pets. I'm available for frequent walks and quality time with your pet. I have fenced in back yard. I have Springer Spaniel that I usually walk 3 times a day. I also have an older cat that avoids the Springer!

We were traveling with our 11 yr old dog Tucker (lab mix) and had some tests and appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. Marcella Clifford’s wife did wonderful job managing our senior dog that likes to collect sniffs in their large fenced in yard. They have a beautiful home and yard 5 mins from the clinic. They both certainly know how to manage their furry visitors. Thank you
