Victoria was our very first Rover experience and she was fantastic! We would 100000% ask her to watch our dogs and stay at our house again. We didn’t worry about them being taken care of, she sent multiple pictures of them having fun throughout the dog sitting and we came home to two very happy pups. One of our dogs has anxiety and she made sure to come and meet him twice, left a sweatshirt for them to get comfortable with her scent and truly went above and beyond. We are very happy that they had a great time and would absolutely ask Victoria to dog sit again!
Abby was amazing! She took care of our two dogs, Archie and Odie, for three nights and gave us daily updates with the cutest photos. I might actually be doing myself a disservice by writing this review because Mackenzie was so good at taking care of my pets and home that I’d honestly prefer to keep her all to myself! From the moment I left, Mackenzie’s communication was excellent. She kept me updated regularly, was always responsive when I checked in, and clearly followed every care instruction I left, down to the smallest detail. When I returned, it was obvious my pets had been well cared for: they were happy, calm, and healthy, and their medications had been administered exactly as needed. Beyond the pets, my house was spotless when I got home, another sign of Mackenzie’s professionalism and attention to detail. Without a doubt, I’ll be using her again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, responsible, and genuinely caring to watch over their pets and home. Just don’t book her when I need her!
Amy provided us with a perfect week. First of all, she got along wonderfully with our daughters, met all our needs, and communicated with us remarkably well. Honestly, it was our first time using this system, and we were quite worried at the start, but thanks to Amy, we enjoyed a safe and enjoyable one-week vacation. Mykel was exceptional. Upon arrival for house sitting she was met with probably any dog sitters worst nightmare, and our dog was not herself. But she was as professional and communicative as can be, and worked with us and my family who lives a drive away to get her checked out.
