About: I've had animals my whole life. I was taught that a pet is only a pet in the beginning. Then, they're family. Know that your baby will not only be safe, but also cared for when in my care. I have a flexible part-time schedule and take classes online, so I spend a good bit of time at home. Plenty of opportunities for cuddles and multiple potty breaks throughout the day. I have a fenced backyard. I can supervise outside, if preferred. I have 3 cats. The boys are interested and my come up to your pet, but that's all. My female cat will just ignore them. They're pretty docile.

“I was really apprehensive about using a stranger to watch my two yorkies. To make matters worse, I had read horror stories about people leaving their furbabies with someone they found on Rover. I didn’t want to board my babies, so I decided to try a pet sitter instead—and I’m so glad I did! I found Carol through the Rover app and started a conversation with her. We set up a meet and greet the week before we were leaving. Carol was very warm and welcoming, and she immediately connected with my dogs. Her house was immaculate, and she had a nice fenced-in backyard. She even mentioned that she’d still walk them on a leash because they’re small and she didn’t want to take any chances with them slipping through the fence. That showed me how thoughtful and cautious she is. During our visit, my yorkies wandered around her house, sniffing and exploring. Before long, they jumped up on her couch and made themselves right at home! After meeting Carol in person and seeing how comfortable my pups were, I felt so much better and confident they’d be in good hands. Carol watched my babies for five days and four nights. Throughout their stay, she sent me regular updates and pictures, which gave me such peace of mind. Most of the time, they were snuggled up on the couch looking completely relaxed and happy. One day, Carol messaged to let me know that my female wasn’t eating much. I asked if she could get her a hamburger or something I knew she would eat, and I’d reimburse her. Carol offered to make chicken and rice instead, and after getting my okay, she whipped it up—and my pup ate with no problem after that! I really appreciate Carol for taking such wonderful care of my yorkies while we were away. She treated them like her own and went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and loved. I will definitely be using Carol again for future trips. She was amazing!”
