Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. Francis is kind, thoughtful, and clearly has a huge heart for animals—she had a senior dog herself so she understands. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Madi stay with Francis again. He needs a close eye on him since he hasn't fully grasped certain commands to keep him safe (like "drop it" or "wait"), and I wasn't worried at all about his safety while he stayed at their home. From the pics it was clear he was getting lots of attention from everyone, and he really seemed to enjoy meeting their little girl, who's great with dogs. We appreciated the quick communication and updates, and are so glad our guy's first night away from home went as well as it did.
