We were kept informed on how our dog was doing every step of the way. She sent us pictures and videos so we could see for ourselves. Max was with her for an overnight visit and well into the next day. We have an upcoming trip that we will definitely try to utilize her services again. Bennett did a great job watching Grouper for the weekend. He was responsive and easy to communicate with, and he helped coordinate drop-off and pick-up times smoothly. He kept me updated on Grouper’s health and overall status while I was away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
