“Irina is great! She answered my request and confirmed availability within a few minutes. She is also flexible with pick up time. The first impression I had when I left my dog Sarah at her house, was that she was a kind and dedicated dog lover. Irina and her husband took great care of my dog, Irina sent me several pictures that showed my dog having a good time, in which I saw my dog's face with the same relaxed expression she has in our home. Irina and her husband are much more than dog lovers, they are knowledgable and kind professionals who also gave me advice about some issues my dog has. Most importantly, they are good at heart. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“This is the first time we left our little Sophie. We rescued Sophie 1 year ago and she had a really tough life prior to coming to us so we are very careful that she only have the most positive experiences and no longer lives in fear. After meeting Thelma I knew this was the place for our little one.The day we left, Sophie wasn't well, which made us even more anxious. Thelma has such a calming manner that we were ok in leaving her. At the airport we received an update picture of Sophie. This calmed us so that our trip was then off to a good start. We received updates every single day on how she was faring. I bragged and showed everyone I could. They couldn't believe how attentive Thelma was. The home environment is like a 5 star hotel so clean and very homey atmosphere. My little one thrived under the attention of Thelma and Gary. When we came to pick up Sophie I saw her out for her walk and she looked so content. No fear no stress just a very happy little one. We definitely feel we have won the lottery by finding Thelma and Gary and definitely will use them in the future.”

“I was nervous the first time I used Rover but from my first meeting with Lindsey she put me at ease. My dog Finn loved her on sight and one of my. 2 cats came right up to her. Finn went to her house to stay for 4 nights and Lindsey came daily to take care of the kitties. She even brought in the mail while we were gone. Ever day she sent pictures and text messages to let us know how they were. By the time we came home Finn had more than made himself at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lindsey in the future.”
