We did a trial run over night with two people and Faith was amazing with her. So we did a M-F and she seemed like it went amazing! Faith is probably the only person we trust going forward. Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. Francis is kind, thoughtful, and clearly has a huge heart for animals—she had a senior dog herself so she understands. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Madi stay with Francis again. “Christine did everything we asked of her, and more! She was readily available for a “meet and greet” and able to adjust her schedule to our last minute request to keep our dog. She accommodated our senior (12 year old dog) in every way possible. She set up a separate eating space for him before we arrived. She took him on solo, short walks, lots of potty breaks in her large fenced in backyard, let him make himself at home on her sofa, gave him his daily meds AND sent photos to us throughout the four days he was with her.
