I had never used rover before and was very nervous; I found Tina and our retriever mix Buckleigh was able to meet Tahoe that same day. Elisa was great with our dog Max. She took on the job on short notice and was welcoming to our pet in her home. She is very professional and you can tell she is an animal lover. We were kept informed on how our dog was doing every step of the way. She sent us pictures and videos so we could see for ourselves. Max was with her for an overnight visit and well into the next day. We have an upcoming trip that we will definitely try to utilize her services again.
