“Jewel was so kind and detailed taking all the info I had for Luna since she is Diabetic and on special diet. Has a fenced in yard and walks the dogs. She brought out her two precious little princesses to meet Luna and they were so adorable. Her detailed text with pics of Luna’s daily events made my day. Thank you so much Jewel. I can see Luna was super relaxed since picking her up and her usual cry whining just didn't happen. It usually takes her three days to get chill again when I leave her. Finn went to her house to stay for 4 nights and Lindsey came daily to take care of the kitties. She even brought in the mail while we were gone. Tiffany was amazing with my two boys (both large labs)! It was my first time boarding my 1-year-old puppy, and I was a little worried about how he would be with someone new. He had the best time with Tiffany. My mind was at ease knowing both boys were being well cared for. Tiffany sent pictures and updates to let me know how they were doing, which was so comforting. Nathalie is an excellent dog sitter. We boarded our puggle Marley for six days, and she was easy to communicate with. She genuinely cares about her dogs and sends us daily photos of Marley. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again for a three-week period we have planned in the near future.
I contacted Cristal last minute for a quick 3 day getaway we planned and she was able to accommodate me with the help of her daughter in law. Mia came to pick up Nikki and promptly arrived at our agreed upon time. It was our first time ever leaving our girl with anyone other than family or friends so we were a bit nervous. Mia provided us with daily updates including pictures, which I truly appreciated. It sounded as though Nikki was super happy and that was a relief. Mia loved Nikki’s company too and that warmed my heart. Nikki was dropped off to us on time, happy, fed and walked for the night. It was a pleasure working with Cristal and Mia and we hope to use their services again in the future.
