About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was about 11 and have always been the go-to pet helper in my neighborhood. I grew up loving nature thanks to my mom we were always visiting zoos and wildlife reserves, so being around animals has just always felt natural to me. My family has had both dogs and cats my whole life, and I truly adore them all. Your furry loved one will be treated like family with me and cared for with lots of love and attention 🐾💛 My schedule is fully open at the moment! Would love to take your dog for a walk early morning/late afternoon so it’s not too hot!!! I can also do drop in visits! I am very respectful of your space and treat your home just like it’s my own. Here is exactly when I am briefly away each week: Weekday Evenings (2 total): At a gym, I coach a few adult workout classes in the evenings. Sunday Mornings: I teach Sunday school to preschoolers for a brief session. Outside of these short windows, my days are completely open. This minimal schedule allows me to offer highly attentive, consistent care, adapt easily to your pet's normal routine, and provide plenty of companionship throughout the day! Whether welcoming a pet into my home or staying at yours, safety and clear structure are my top priorities. My home is a pet loving environment shared with my friendly dog and two cats. To ensure everyone feels secure and comfortable, I utilize sturdy pet gates to easily separate animals for quiet time or feeding, and I am more than happy to accommodate crating upon request. Because my part-time jobs take up only 6 hours a week, pets in my care receive constant supervision and a highly consistent routine. As a former educator, I am meticulous about following your exact instructions, maintaining strict safety boundaries, and keeping you updated with photos so you can relax knowing your furry family members are safe, respected, and thoroughly loved.

About: I have years of experience with dogs big and small, reptiles and pocket pets. I have a 11 month Coonhound mix that I rescued from Nate’s and I spoil him everyday. I’ve volunteered as Veterinary Assistant at the HSSC animal clinic, worked in a dog daycare and boarding facility for over a year. I have experience working with dogs with medical attention. The last 3 years I had a Boston(Sailor) with Epilepsy and would give medication around the clock and experienced with recognizing and handling seizures. Your loved pets are my new family. I’m currently part time and have a flexible schedule. Lots of my mornings and afternoons are free to take care of your pups needs like meals, medication, play time and walks. Or just to have the company of another! I have a friendly playful dog that can keep them company and play. I enjoy going to the park when the weather allows it so we can get fresh air and exercise. I like to leave the tv on nature channel with relaxing sounds to keep them comfortable if I’m not around. When it seems they are getting board I like to give enrichment toys filled with yummy healthy treats. And I’m the cuddling type if they allow it.

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life, and have cared for 4 dogs in my home until. I love dogs, the outdoors, and being active, so dog walking is super fun for me! I have experience with high-energy dogs as well as slower senior pups. I work part-time and have a very flexible schedule, so I have plenty of free time for your pets! I’m currently available all day (including early mornings) until evening, Monday-Saturday for walks or check-in visits. I currently have Bo, a senior pitbull, who is super chill and has no problems with other dogs. I also recently got a Belgian Malinois puppy named Darth Vader! Mercury, my brother’s 6 year old Australian Cattle dog, loves to play and I take care of him on occasion. We have a large patio and pool that dogs can enjoy laying in the sun or swimming! About: Hi, friends! I took a hiatus from Rover to catch up on life. I am now back, and ready to meet all the furry friends in the Jacksonville area! I recently relocated from Sarasota, and am new to Jacksonville. A quick bit about me: I am an animal lover. Growing up I was not allowed to have pets because of my mother's allergies, but would always give the best care for my friends' pets. I have been a part of this awesome Rover community for almost 10 years (wow) now, and have met some incredible people, some I now call family. I have both walked and sat (and even lived with) a variety of dog breeds, shapes, and sizes. Each has a different personality and unconditional love I look forward to interacting with every time. I am a server, and always want people to know that I do have a job that keeps me away for 5-6 hours at a time. Some pups can't be alone for that long and I completely understand! I do have a pretty flexible schedule, but always want to make sure your doggo's needs are met first. Dogs seem to take to me very well because I'm rather petite and don't pose a very big threat only being 4'11. I am looking forward to meeting you and your beloved pup pups!! As mentioned I do work as a server at night. Scheduling is pretty flexible in the summer months especially and more time off can be acquired. I do not have to be in until the late afternoon, giving me all day to spend hanging out with our furry four legged friends. I always ask owners if the dog is reactive on walks, and if there are any dogs in the neighborhood that they just don't seem to get along with and what time the owners usually perform their walks, feedings, etc. I don't want to disrupt a routine. I also ask if there are any quirks a dog may have and/or allergies. I also want to know how the dog (god for bid) reacts to a vet visit in case of an emergency.
