Lupita send daily updates/correspondence and I came home to a happy cat and clean house (I have yet to ever find another sitter who actually does a decent job cleaning the litter box and cleaning up scattered litter). About: I have been a lifelong dog owner. I can care for a variety of pups from young and energetic to senior pups. I love to take my own dogs on my adventures throughout the Santa Cruz mountains from casual walks to long adventure runs and so I can accommodate whatever your dog needs. I also like to spend time training and practicing commands because dogs also like to be engaged mentally along with the physical. Of course love and affection through cuddles is always guaranteed and unlimited. I have lots of experienced with many different dog personalities and can accommodate them accordingly to make sure they are well cared for. I have a very flexible schedule that is mostly already based around my own pups so I am very much able to accommodate yours as well! I have availability to provide attentive, reliable care for your pets throughout the day and evening. I already incorporate activities like dog walking and trail running into my daily routine which means I can offer active dogs a great adventure while also being available for quiet cuddle and consistent care for all pets. In my home, I treat every guest like family. My home is a safe, dog-friendly environment with a fenced yard where they can play safely. We'll follow their regular feeding schedule and I'll make sure they get plenty of exercise with daily walks, running for high-energy dogs, and lots of mental stimulation. In the evenings, it's all about cuddles and relaxation on the couch, ensuring they feel comfortable and loved. When caring for pets in a client's home, my top priority is to maintain their familiar routine. I'll adhere strictly to their feeding schedule, walking routine, and any specific commands they know. When it’s a good fit, I love incorporating dogs into my daily life — whether that’s a nature walk, a car ride to town, or just relaxing outside. But I never take dogs to dog parks or chaotic spaces. If something feels too stimulating or simply isn’t right for your pet, we skip it — no pressure, no push. And if your pup is the stay-home-and-cuddle type? That works for me too. I always ask about behavior, routines, and preferences ahead of time and spend the first day or two getting a read on what your pet is capable of and comfortable with. My goal is to help every animal feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for in a way that honors who they are. I work from home full time! I have several clients but the type of work allows me to be extremely flexible for your pets! I know while some pets can just hang out while I work, others may need more care, enrichment or a closer eye - I can and will accommodate accordingly. Just let me know what your pet needs ❤️ When sitting at your home I prefer to stick to the spaces your pets are most comfortable in or used to as well as stick to a similar routine. I find this helps with separation anxiety and any confusion the pets may have since their favorite human is gone! If possible, I like to take dogs for a longer walk on the first day to help us bond and help me learn how they behave. For other pets, this may look more like a longer playtime, enrichment activity, etc. I want to make sure they’re as comfortable as possible with me in their space so that first day is important to me!

About: Hi, I'm Kaila! I am an animal loving college student with a lifetime of experience in pet care. I grew up with a vast array of animals who often were left under my watch. I have taken care of cats, little dogs, big dogs, and bunnies. All sizes and ages of pets are welcome! I have experience with puppy/kitten care, senior care, cats, small dogs, and big dogs! I'm well versed in (lovingly) tricking pets into taking their medication, ensuring they get proper exercise/enrichment, and cleaning up after them. At the moment I am free everyday aside from Sundays from 8-3pm. I am very flexible and able to meet you and your pets schedule! While I am not able to board your pets at my house, I can care for them in yours. To ensure your pets safety, comfort, and happiness I will take the time to get an understanding of their routine, personality, and any specific rules you have in place. Each pet is different and I take pride in getting to know all their quirks and needs!

About: I’m back! I took a hiatus for a few years to raise two babies and now I’m on the job to make your pup smile! I have had dogs my whole life and devastatingly our last two pups passed through the rainbow bridge in 2024. My family still has room in our heart and our house for for your dog(s), so boarding and dog sitting is now our passion. I would love to share my love and energy by walking/running/playing with your dog(s). My dog home used to be filled with three energetic dogs with which I ran daily. I have no problem with running/walking larger or smaller breeds. I have owned and loved dogs of all ages and sizes and respect and understand that they have different needs and temperaments. I have free time durning the day to spend with your dog so please contact me if you have any questions and I look forward to meeting you and your four legged children. I currently have two school-age children, so morning and midday is perfect for me to walk/run/play with your dog or animal. I am also available early morning and evening for walks, runs, and drop and visits. We have a fenced in concrete area and grass on the outside. We have 2 acres of land, so plenty of space for fetch and outside play. We have a medium size crate, if needed. And we have two six year old girls, who would love to be friends.
