About: My husband and I love dogs.... when our beloved Yorkie died a few years ago and we retired early from city government, we decided to focus our love on caring for other people's dogs in their homes. We now have several on-going sit relationships in central California and are happy to have so many dogs in our lives that feel like grand babies to us! If you're interested in establishing an on-going relationship with us, to make your dog(s) feel as comfortable as possible when you have to leave town, hit us up! Our preference is to work with 1 or 2 older/more relaxed dogs, that can be left alone for at least 4 hours at a time. We lean towards being home bodies, but we enjoy going on walks/outtings, having play time and lots of snuggles. If we seem like a simpatico match to care for your pup, please reach out for our availability! We have a flexible schedule and can work around your needs/timing with plenty of notice. We enjoy exploring new areas and are happy to have your dogs show us all their favorite spots to hang out! Rather than upend your dog's routine on top of you being out of town, we will come to you! We are willing/able to handle any morning/evening routines (food/water, oral meds, walks, potty needs) and your dog can sleep with us if so inclined.
About: Growing up, I had a golden retriever named Daisy. Daisy is was from an organization I worked with called NorCal Golden Rescue. We fostered her for a couple of weeks but fell in love with her undeniable love and decided to adopt her. NorCal Golden Rescue mainly rescues golden retrievers who have been neglected and abandoned from the streets of Taiwan and bring them to the San Francisco Bay Area where they are paired with a fur-ever home. I have with dogs of all ages and temperaments from young lively puppies to old mellow senior citizen doggos. If need be I have experience with delivering oral and topical medication to dogs; as well as putting on the cone of shame :(. I love taking dogs out for adventures so if you don’t want your dog to be board, I’m your guy!

About: I’ve got experience dog-sitting, and dog-walking, as well as living with dogs and love when I get the chance to take care of them. I’ve had a dog my entire life until her recent passing and have loved and cared for all animals even before I got one. I’m incredibly comfortable with dogs of all sizes, types, and temperaments. This includes sick dogs with medication, senior pups, and various exercise needs. I have saved my dog from a life-threatening attack and provided intensive care, so I work well in a potentially contentious environment. I’m a full time student but my schedule is incredibly loose. About: Experienced professional dog walker and drop in visits with the app wag. Lots of experience with senior care as well as administering medication. Some experience training my family dogs and would love to spend time doing so with your instructions. Please let me know if you have any specific grooming goals or tools you would like me to utilize. For the drop in visits, I would at least try to hang out for a couple of hours so we can get to know each other and really build a relationship. My approach is to love and play with your pet but also, intuitively understand your pet’s behavior and cues. My goal is to not to dominate the space with my presence but, let your pet have space to interact with me if they so choose. Currently have a part-time job as well as working in music some weekends. My schedule is pretty open to take on part time pet care. When you choose me you’re getting a responsible and dedicated animal and plant lover! I’m flexible and adaptable when presented with new tasks, maintain a strong sense of integrity, able to take directions, and follow instructions independently. In the past for drop in visits, I would at least try to hang out for a couple of hours so we can get to know each other and really build a relationship. My approach is to love and play with your pet but also, intuitively understand your pet’s behavior and cues. My goal is to not to dominate the space with my presence but, let your pet have space to interact with me if they so choose.

About: I have loved animals my entire life. Throughout college and high school, I worked as a dog walker for Wag and a kennel attendant at the local vet. I currently work on boats and do this in the off-season or when things are slow. I love spending time with animals and will treat your baby like one of my own, with lots of walks, cuddles, and attention. About: Hey, from your dog's new favorite dog walker. My name is Meg and I absolutely love animals! I've been volunteering with shelters and fostering dogs and cats since I was 16 years old. I also have two of my own family dogs, a terrier named Dolly and a husky named Tika! Here in Chicago, I currently have my cat Goose. I have open availability outside of Monday through Friday, 2 - 7 PM, as I am a flag football coach. I love pets and have volunteered/fostered at shelters with cats, dogs, and small animals. I have a cat myself, who is pretty independent, but I will need to go & make sure he's doing well minimum of 1-2x a day if housesitting. I offer dog walking, cat & dog check-in visits, and house sitting. About: Growing up, I had a golden retriever named Daisy. Daisy is was from an organization I worked with called NorCal Golden Rescue. We fostered her for a couple of weeks but fell in love with her undeniable love and decided to adopt her. NorCal Golden Rescue mainly rescues golden retrievers who have been neglected and abandoned from the streets of Taiwan and bring them to the San Francisco Bay Area where they are paired with a fur-ever home. I have with dogs of all ages and temperaments from young lively puppies to old mellow senior citizen doggos. If need be I have experience with delivering oral and topical medication to dogs; as well as putting on the cone of shame :(. I love taking dogs out for adventures so if you don’t want your dog to be board, I’m your guy!

Shannon sent pictures each day and followed all our requests on how to care for our sweet but slightly anxious dog who also has a few 'quirky' behaviours. She switched him to a bland chicken/rice diet (that she cooked for him!) and kept a close eye to make sure he bounced back quickly. As always, she was in touch everyday with photo and video updates. About: I’ve had dogs in my life for 30 years. I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for over 20 years. My own dogs have graduated top of their class in puppy training school. I currently work from home, so I can arrange my schedule to make sure dogs in my care get all the love, affection, and attention they need and deserve. I have a small fenced in yard, good for small and medium dogs. My dog is friendly and even shares some toys. I can crate your dog if preferred. I am also within walking distance to a dog park, and an easy drive to dog beaches
