Kimberly was absolutely wonderful! Dorothy had the best weekend with her. She was able to pick Dorothy up from our hotel on pretty short notice, which was such a huge help. Kimberly was so caring and attentive, kept us updated with pictures and videos. We also loved knowing that Dorothy got to sleep inside Kimberly's room, which made us feel like she was truly being treated like family. We're so happy we found Kimberly and will definitely book with her again the next time we're in Chicago. We had a good experience! She kept us updated with photos most of Miso’s stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. Miso looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for the entire time. Diana and Brian really hit it off with my boy Yukon. I received pictures and videos daily of Yukon having a good time. It was very obvious that this family had a lot of dog experience with many different types of dogs. Their back yard has a separate area fenced off for dogs that just want to be alone. Very professional.
Laina and Bill did a wonderful job watching our dog for the weekend. From the moment we had the in-home meet & greet, our dog seemed so comfortable in a “make himself at home” sort of way. We re dived many photo updates along the way, which were very appreciated. Even other “good” sitters in the past did not keep the steady stream of updates coming. There wasn’t even a moment of worry or eondering how he’s doing. I would definitely put them at the top of our list for for future boardings.
