About: I have been surrounded by and have taken care of dogs since getting my family’s two dogs when I was around 11 or 12 years old. Even since moving out, my family has relied on me to take care of them on vacations, extended work trips, etc. I now have two cats of my own, and love any opportunity to meet new animals. I am currently traveling the country, and looking to explore new places! I’ve found that pet-sitting is an excellent way to do so, with the side bonus of getting to meet new furry friends along the way! I am very intentional about adapting to each pet’s individual needs - whether they’re a fast friend or needs some space to figure me out first, my top priority is establishing trust with your fur baby. From there, I can ensure that I give them the proper love and care they deserve.

About: I live with my husband on 5 acres of land. A large back yard portion is fully fenced and has Dog doors for easy access and play. Our home was built with dogs safety and fun in mind! I have had dogs of all sizes my whole life and they are family! I currently have 2 smaller dogs. A Chihuahua mixes and a dachshund. We have taken in and cared for other pets their whole lives so they are very comfortable sharing their space. I've spent the last 15 years employed at a local Veterinary clinic where I have gained experience in all areas of pet Care. I have recently retired and my husband is retired which gives us the freedom to be available at home to be with your pets. I am home full time and my husband is retired so care is available all of the time. We specialize in geriatric dogs and offer care as needed Our home is set up for ease of care for elderly dogs. They can get in and out with one small ramp. Ramps are set up around the home as needed. Part of our large yard stays plowed and open during the winter months for small dogs.

About: I grew up with dogs and horses and I now have cats as well I love all animals and I would do anything for them I will keep them safe and loved. I worked for a lady for about a year and a half and I took care of all of her pets and loved them and treated them as my own which I would do with yours as well. My main priority is keeping your pets safe and loved as I know how much they mean to you. I am currently trying to find a part time job but I will have time to do this and will make time if things are needed. I can crate your dogs if needed, I can feed them, I can love on them, I can let them out to go potty, and I can of course walk them. You let me know what you need and I can do it.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats. I also did dog obedience and agility in 4-h. I love getting out to go for walks. I enjoy my time outdoors. I am open to any day of the week at any time. I often get my dog out three times a day for a walk. Depending on the day with my husband schedule, I would need to work around that. I have one dog that is very friendly and high energy at times. She likes to play a little rough and loves making new friends. I get her out 3-4 times a day. Rather that is for an hour long walk or even just going to the bathroom.

About: I am a CVT with several years experience with dogs, cats, and horses of all ages, I especially love the senior pets! I am trained in medications, wound care, and palliative care. I currently work during the day with most evenings free. I would ideally come straight from work to see and spend time with your pet! I'd prefer to get to know your animals routine and what they are comfortable with. I can easily adapt to fit their needs for the visit.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life, my father was a veterinarian. I love being around and interacting with dogs because of how affectionate they are. I've taken care of family and friends pets for over 20 years and am willing to allow your pet to stay in their home where they are most comfortable while you are away. I am currently retired and open for whatever your needs are, 7 days of the week. I am open to staying at your home any day of the week as needed, or for drop in visits during the day. I will follow your instructions on how to care for your pet in your home to keep their schedule as consistent as possible. I enjoy taking dogs for walks and letting them play and relax.

About: I have been taking care of animals ever since I was little, between dogs, cats, reptiles, and even farm animals such as dairy cows, pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs. I can take care of pets at any time of day or night, and I can walk dogs after 4 pm. Tuesday & Thursday, I do have class from 7-10 am. About: Dogs are a huge part of my life! Before moving to Wisconsin, I owned and operated a dog walking and overnight boarding business in Maryland for two years. These days, I spend much of my time fostering dogs for a local rescue, helping them decompress, learn home life, and get ready for their forever families. With three personal dogs, I’m very comfortable managing a multi-dog household and all the different personalities that come with it. I’ve cared for everything from energetic, playful pups to seniors who prefer a cozy spot on the couch, as well as rescue dogs who need extra patience, structure, or time to feel comfortable. Fostering has taught me that there really isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to dogs. I pay close attention to body language, respect boundaries, make thoughtful introductions, and adjust my approach based on what each individual dog needs. I also know how hard it can be to leave your dog behind and wonder how they’re doing. You can expect daily updates from me, including plenty of photos and videos, so you can see how your dog is settling in and what they’ve been up to. My goal is to give your dog a safe, comfortable, fun place to stay—and give you the peace of mind that they’re with someone experienced, attentive, and who truly gets dogs. Pet care fits very naturally into my everyday life. I’m a stay-at-home mom to a middle schooler and work remotely part-time, which means I’m home quite a bit and have plenty of flexibility to give the animals in my care lots of attention, love, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and downtime. With three resident dogs—a 70 lb senior mix, a 2-year-old Boston Terrier, and a 1-year-old English Bulldog/French Bulldog mix—and all three started out as fosters who never left! I continue to foster regularly and work very closely with a local dog rescue, so welcoming another dog into our routine is something the dogs are very accustomed to. Dogs staying with us aren't spending the day alone waiting for someone to come home from work. I'm around throughout the day to keep an eye on everyone, accommodate individual routines, and provide plenty of attention (or a cozy place to nap, if that's more their speed!). Pet care is genuinely part of my everyday life, and I love it that way. Here, pets are treated like part of the family. My dogs are kennel trained, but they're also welcome throughout the home—including on the furniture and beds. I'm happy to follow your lead, though! If your dog sleeps in a crate, follows certain house rules, eats on a specific schedule, or isn't allowed on furniture at home, I'll do my best to keep their routine consistent. I live in a large apartment, so all outdoor time is supervised and on leash. I'm very comfortable with puppies and their extra needs, including frequent potty breaks, potty pads, crate training, and the general chaos that comes with puppyhood! I have extra crates that can accommodate dogs up to approximately 75–80 lbs, plus more dog beds and toys than any household probably needs. If your pet has food or environmental allergies, please let me know. I am very accustomed to managing allergies and am happy to follow specific instructions regarding food, treats, medications, or environmental triggers. Because your dog will share our home with my husband, middle-school-aged child, and our three resident dogs, dogs staying with us must be comfortable with older children, men, and other dogs. I take introductions and dog body language seriously and want every animal in the house—yours and mine—to feel safe and comfortable. While others do live in the home, I will be the caregiver for any other animals. For care in your home, I'll follow your lead. You know your pets and their routine best, and my goal is to keep things as familiar and consistent as possible while you're away. I'm also happy to care for more than just dogs during in-home visits—cats and other household pets are welcome, too! Whether your pet stays with us or I care for them in their own home, I'll treat their individual routine as exactly that: individual. Some pets want to be your shadow, some want nonstop playtime, and some would prefer that I serve dinner promptly and otherwise respect their personal space. I'm good with all three!

About: I lived on a farm when I was a little one. Later, I was a trusted house sitter for relatives when they traveled (watching the home and taking care of 2 dogs and 2 cats). I owned my own cat for 15 years. I've taken care of farm animals but not on a regular basis. I'm competant with delivering meds and being really careful with senior pets and those needing special care. I'm one of those people who talk to pets like they are people. I can be there for the extra play and snuggles puppies need, but I think the initial potty training should be by their owner. I carefully listen to the owners and what their schedule is like. Then I morph my schedule to be very close to that so the routine is similar with me and their pet. I adhere to the pet owners instructions. I make myself available for the pet so we learn to trust each other. I show lots of affection, if the pet wants to receive it. If not, I can give them space.
