About: I’ve had animals in every corner of my life, throughout my whole life! I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats all with various needs such as medications, appointments, and mobile assistance. I have also volunteered with Wisconsin WildCare and local humane societies. I am a passionate & fearless animal advocate with speed dial access to a large animal vet and a retired DNR officer. I will treat your pet as my own whether it’s in my home or your home. I work a full time job only seven minutes from my home. My job is incredibly flexible and understanding of my need to let animals out or even leave work early for pet care! I have a balcony that animals can hang out on and a large grassy field that I take animals for walks on. I always keep them leashed. If I want them to be unleashed, I can take them to the local dog park five minutes from my house! I am comfortable with animals on furniture and sleeping in bed with me. I have access to my own crate if the animal is crate trained.

About: I work at a doggy daycare as both a dog attendant in the daycare setting and a receptionist. As a daycare attendant, I work with dogs big and small to tend to their needs while monitoring their behavior to ensure they are in a safe and healthy environment! As a receptionist, I work with clients when it comes to taking care of their questions about their dogs, I work with vaccination files, and I am certified to administer medication to the animals. I prepare meals, take care of dogs who do not go into daycare, do hourly cleaning, and work to ensure their is adequate communication between staff. I also have had dogs my entire life, including my family and I fostering and rehabilitating dogs that come from traumatic situations. I currently work 3 days a week, two week day evenings and one weekend day. I graduate high school in early June, so this summer I will be available very often to meet pet care needs. I am available to do overnights, days, and even just check ins for your pets! On nights that I work, I am available after 8-9pm(just depending on when I get off of work)! I work very hard to establish trust with, not only families, but pets as well! I work with dogs for my job, so it is important to me that I know warning signs and body language of an animal in order to best fit their needs. If I am in someone's home, I will respect the space given to me when trusted to properly care for someone's animal/s. I also respect the space of an animal, meaning that if they are making it clear that they do not want affection or for me to me in their space, I will respect that unless it is absolutely necessary for me to push that boundary (feeding, nail trims, etc.)

Many of them came in angry or scared and I quickly learned the patience and gentleness needed to bond with this vulnerable group. I cultivated other skills as well, including providing enrichment, cleaning their spaces (including animals dealing with various illnesses), meeting dietary needs, grooming, and ensuring safety (animal-animal interactions, animal-person interactions, general safety). I've since moved on from that job, but I have been looking for ways to integrate animal care back into my life. I'd love to do drop in visits, whether thats because you work long hours or are out of town for work or vacation. I adore playing and snuggling with cats (or even just being in the same room as them - especially if theyre shy or a little fiesty with strangers). I'm comfortable walking dogs or letting them out in the yard to run around and play, cleaning up after pets, basic grooming, or just spending a few hours with them and providing enrichment. I am also comfortable with most animals and any age! If there are specific needs your (fur)baby has, I'm more than happy to accommodate. I work two jobs in mental health care, both with flexible hours that change week-to-week. I often have time between client visits or jobs, and am available on weekends. Overall availability ranges from 7am - 8pm. I can't do overnight stays or have other animals in my home, as it would be too stressful on my own cat. Between Oct. 1st and Nov. 15 or so, I will have more availability, since my jobs will be virtual while I recover from shoulder surgery. I dont anticipate having many issues with being able to care for animals during this recovery, and I can discuss this further with folks if need be. About: I love all animals but have a soft spot for older dogs and cats that might need a little extra love and attention. I grew up with dogs but currently have a 5 year old calico cat named Coco. I am a teacher who has much more free time in the summers. I am looking for afternoon/evening weekday jobs for this summer! I love walking. I will come to your home and make your fur baby feel comfortable in their own space. I can also take them for walks and/or play with them in your home. I can also bring animals to my apartment for animals that need more attention and care.

About: I grew up with five dogs. I worked at a dog daycare for the past 6 months. While I worked there, I gave them enrichment, affection, cleaned up poop from the yards, and supervised dogs to make sure they played safely. I am free any time on the weekends. About: I grew up around pets and always loved them. All through undergrad and graduate school, I have been a pet sitter and house sitter. Once I was done and could finally get a pet of my own, I got one frenchie… and the other followed just a few short months later. My puppies are my whole world, and they LOVE having new friends! I work full-time from home, and have a fenced backyard! Our house gets lots of natural light which means sunny naps indoors when it’s chilly. I take our pups on at least one long walk a day, and plenty of playtime inside and outside. I have a fenced yard and lots of open space in the home. My two Frenchies LOVE all dogs - for playing and snuggling during the day. I love hanging out on the couch with our pups and relaxing, going for nice walks when weather permits, and lots of play with toys and balls!

About: All my life, I have been surrounded by animals whether it be hamsters, fish, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, and more! I have raised two puppies and know everything that goes into their care, and I have also taken care of senior dogs. My current dog is in training to become a medical alert dog and my older dog was a retired service dog. I have cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds. About: I have several years of experience caring for many different types of animals. I have been a cat owner my whole life, so am very comfortable caring for cats (indoor or outdoor) in any capacity. I have previous experience dog-sitting for both small and large dogs, as well as senior dogs. I have experience providing drop-in visits for potty breaks, walks, feedings, cleaning litter boxes, administering medications, playtime, extra cuddles, as well as staying overnight to provide daily care for pets whose owners are out of town for multiple days.
