I appreciated the fact that Birdy would be exposed to other dogs, the outdoors and cuddles. Lindsay communicated appropriately: enough that I was confident Birdy was well but not so much that I was overly involved. YES! I highly recommend. We love Camp Lindsay. BEYOND THAT: my flight was cancelled for 3 days due to weather and Lindsay was flexible in fitting us in. Then, our return flight was delayed so I got back to town past bedtime. About: I have over 30 years experience training dogs. I am able to dog sit from my home full time. I recently moved to a large property in the country, that is a short 35 minute drive from Madisons west side. I have a acer that is completely fenced in and I am more than happy to offer pick up and drop off to the west side of Madison. I'm professional trained as a dog groomer, worked professionally for over 6 years as a groomer, dog trainer and doggie daycare provider. About: I have had my own pets since college, but grew up with dogs. I’ve had a range of dogs from border collies, to labs, to Great Danes, to Basset hounds. I also have had numerous cats. My goal is to ensure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I am currently available through the beginning of August and am happy to discuss scheduling to find a time that works for you. Please feel free to message me with any questions about my availability. I typically provide care in your home to help keep your pets comfortable in their familiar environment. I can also welcome your furry family members into my home for stays of up to two days, if needed. While I do not have a fenced yard, I make sure every dog gets plenty of exercise through long walks and trips to local parks. If your dog enjoys socializing with other dogs and you approve, I’d be happy to take them to a dog park for additional play and enrichment. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I carefully follow your care instructions and make sure every dog in my care receives plenty of love, attention, exercise, and responsible supervision. My goal is for every pet to feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: Pets bring us all kinds of joy and unconditional love. It's hard to relax on vacation or focus on an event with a piece of you missing . Be able to be present and ease your mind knowing another caring soul will show your pet the same love and attention they enjoy. I have 10 years of experience with all different breeds and sizes. I work remotely. My office is where the WIFI is the strongest. I have time to spend with animals. My children are grown leaving me with an abundance of free time Soft voices and lots of love and attention. Dogs I like to run and make sure that they have the exercise they need. Plenty of tug of war! Social cats I give lap time and bring a feather.
About: I have been taking care of animals ever since I was little, between dogs, cats, reptiles, and even farm animals such as dairy cows, pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs. I can take care of pets at any time of day or night, and I can walk dogs after 4 pm. Tuesday & Thursday, I do have class from 7-10 am. I have a fence for my pets, we play with toys, and we go on walks (depending on the weather). My dog will sleep where she is most comfortable and she always goes to the bathroom on time.

BEYOND THAT: my flight was cancelled for 3 days due to weather and Lindsay was flexible in fitting us in. Then, our return flight was delayed so I got back to town past bedtime. “Thank you to Gen for taking such good care of Ginger! We will be using Gen for future stays undoubtedly. Ginger is an older weiner dog with a couple of special needs. Gen accommodated those needs wonderfully. I think Ginger enjoyed her stay! Gen's dog is also very sweet and loves having doggie guests. A couple of other things to note:Gen sent several pictures and was very flexible with pick up times (we were sure to give her several hours notice).
