About: I have had dogs in my household since I was a baby. I moved to pittsburgh in 2021, and before that was living with my parents who had four dogs! Right now, I have 3 cats. I love to dogsit and spend time with other people's babies! I have experience in dog sitting, and have spent some time working in dog daycare/boarding. I am currently not working a typical job so I am available 7 days a week most weeks and can spend all of my time with your pet if needed! About: I signed up to take care of my sisters brand new puppy (a golden doodle named Clover) for the first two weeks that they had her. They had to work and got to a conference — and I have loved caring for dogs ever since. This experience showed me the continuous attention and care needed at the puppy age and how gratifying it was in return. For a vacation where everything that could go wrong almost did, Kayli was the one reliable positive thing that we had to deal with through our planning and travels! Kayli was very communicative, sent lots of pictures, and was super understanding and easy going while dealing with our pipes freezing while she stayed with our pets. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
