Annette was lovely and caring to both Gustavo and me. Delays in flights meant I was 7 hours late in getting to Gus. Annette graciously dealt with this inconvenience. She was always quick to respond to communications. Most importantly, Gus clearly felt at home and welcomed from the minute she greeted him.
