I was a dog in a past life 🐶
I’ve taken care of pets for friends and family since I was a kid. I love all animals, especially dogs and cats. I can’t walk past a dog on the street without asking politely to pet them! Two years ago I rescued my dog, Stanley, who is a 24 lb terrier mix. He was abused and took a very long time to warm up, but after a lot of patience and love he’s now thriving and the best boy. I learned a lot with Stanley and feel equipped to work with shyer dogs. Stanley also likes hanging out with other dogs and would enjoy some company around the house! BOARDING NOTE: for the safety of my dog, your dog, and my home, I only accept boarding requests for dogs that are crate trained. Thank you for understanding!

Sarah was amazing! She stopped over twice a day while we were on vacation to feed our kitties. She followed all instructions to a T, brought in packages/ mail, was a great communicator, cleaned the litter boxes, washed the food bowls, etc. Couldn’t recommend her enough for the next time you need pet care.
Sarah did great with our two cats during our weekend trip! We did a meet and greet beforehand and we could tell right away that Sarah was kind, caring, and attentive. One of the girls requires daily check-ins and Sarah did great with this extra care! Hopefully Sarah will be available on any of our future trips so that we can book again! Thanks Sarah 😁

Sarah went above and beyond working with us to figure out how to make our dog more comfortable after he initially didn’t feel comfortable with a new person. She was on time and kept us up-to-date while we were away, and we returned to a happy little guy. I really appreciated her information and photos sent at each visit.

Schedule
I currently work from home full time, so my availability is flexible. Stanley and I would be happy to have you hang out with us at my place (I’d recommend a meet and greet first).

I live close to a nature trail that I take Stanley on daily, and we’re very familiar with the neighborhood. I can take frequent walk breaks and crate your pet.

I love to go for long walks, am always down for a game of fetch/tug-of-war, and even enrichment treats if that’s something your dog needs. A tired pup is a happy pup!
