It was our first time using Rover and Lindsey was an excellent companion and dog walker for our pit bull mix! Her report after each visit was thorough and usually included an extra anecdote about their time together and great pictures! Lindsey very concerned and asked for our advice when our dog wasn't eating much food when we initially left. We appreciated her initiative. When there was a big rain storm and they couldn't walk outside, Lindsey spent the time playing with our dog inside and gave him the attention and exercise that he needed. Overall a great experience and highly recommend Lindsey!

About: I got my first dog at 10 years old and have loved them ever since. I love to help get them outside and keep them company. I work remotely and have flexibility to pop in for visits and walks during the days and evening. We also recently lost 1 of our 2 dogs and would love to find more dog friends in the area. We have one senior mutt who spends the day with me and my toddler at home. He is a rescue who can be timid and appreciates his space at times. We love to take him for long walks and make sure he is comfortable with his people and surroundings.

Sid has been walking our 100 lbs. Doberman for a couple of months, and we couldn’t be happier. We were hesitant at first for someone to access our home while we were at work, but Sid very quickly made us feel comfortable. Sid has always been punctual, professional, great with our dobie and overall exceeded our expectations; highly recommend booking.

About: Hello! I am a pediatric nurse in Pittsburgh. My primary job allows me to be flexible! I can come for walks and visits during the week. I have been helping out with family dogs all my life! I work full time as nurse, however I work three twelve hour shifts a week so I have flexibility! I can be available during the weekdays while you are at work! I would love to drop in for visits/take your dogs for walks! I would happy to sit for a while to keep them company. Whether that’s playing or giving them cuddles.

Emily is so great with our dog, Benny. Benny gets so excited when she comes to take him for his walks. I am currently struggling with walking, so the help is so great to have. Our cat even comes out to say hello when she comes to walk our dog, and he typically hides from strangers. Animals know good people. If and when the need would arise, we would happily use Emily to also care for him. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs quality care for their pets.

We couldn’t be happier with Dan and Stephanie, who walked our golden retriever puppy, Oliver, daily. They took the time to ask about his training and made sure to stay consistent during his walks, which was very important to us. We received daily pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Oliver was in great hands. Their care and attention made us feel confident and reassured that they were truly looking out for his well-being. We 100% recommend Dan and Stephanie to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful dog walkers!

About: I have been a dog mom for 4 years now but before that had a dog my whole childhood. I treat my dog like my child and will do the same for yours. I put my dog through training classes when he was a puppy which has helped me learn and understand how dogs think and act. Learning so much information about dogs mannerisms has just made my love for them stronger. No breed restrictions! I have a strong hold on leashes for pullers! I work full-time Monday-Thursday and have full availability for pet care Friday-Sunday. Occasionally I can come evening during the week after work when need be My dog doesn’t always get along with other dogs, so I will not be able to board anyone’s dogs at my residence but will be available to stop over and let your dogs out, play with them, walk them- whatever you need!

About: Dogs and cats have always been a big part of my life, offering comfort through tough times. I genuinely love being around animals and caring for them. (I allow animals on my bed I’m not sure how to change that ) I have classes, but your fur baby will always be my top priority. I’m home every evening to care for them, except Fridays when I’m working on the ambulance. Walking, feeding, watering, bathing and getting all their zoomies out. I enjoy walking and physical activity meaning they will be tired out by the end of the night.

About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I take care of my 2 dogs at home, while helping out family and friends by walking and feeding their pets. I am graduating from college in May, currently work part-time, and would like to use my extra time to spend time with and play with your pets! I will come to your house to feed, play, and walk your dog(s). If your dog is car friendly, i would be more than happy to take them to a park. If you have a cat, I will clean their litter box, feed and give them water, I can also play with them if that is something they like.

About: Born into a family of dog lovers, some of my earliest memories are daily walks with my grandfather’s dog. I grew up with a black lab, a chihuahua, a shi-tzu mix, and a golden retriever, and now own a 12yo cattle dog-mix, socialized with humans and dogs, and extremely well-behaved and taken care of. I’ve never met a dog I didn’t immediately bond with and have watched the pets of family members, neighbors, and co-workers dozens of times over the years. Work full-time but available on the weekends and work from home with flexible hours Tues-Thurs. I live a dog-centric life. My own dog gets 3 walks daily for 2-6 miles (as long as the weather permits) Frequent walks, hikes, trips to the dog park, and plentiful opportunities to go outside. Been through a wide variety of doggy illnesses and injuries and happy to follow any instructions and specialized care your dog might require.

About: I’ve had ten dogs over the last 19 years and have fostered over 60 dogs in that time as well (maybe more!) Today, my pups are Sunny, Luna, Wicket, Lily and her son Dumpling. I most recently became a doggie midwife for the first time when our foster dog Lily (who came from a pretty intense hoarding situation) was found to be unexpectedly pregnant! I raised Dumpling, Snickerdoodle, and Cookie from October to March this year and have found it strangely quiet around here since (most of) the puppies have moved to their new homes. I love animals, work with a dog and pig rescue (and have been in rescue for almost two decades as well). I am also lucky to have a sister-in-law who is a vet to answer my questions. 😆 I'll stay in touch and send you ALL the pictures, of course! As any good animal lover would! I was recently laid off from my VP job in education research, so while I am doing flexible consulting work, I figured, why not do my favorite thing and hang with some awesome animals?! I am rather flexible for additional work like this and an experienced pet mom and foster dog mom for a local Pittsburgh rescue. In my home, we do have a fenced in yard, but because we currently are in progress of preparing our home for sale, I will be sitting in other homes for now.

About: I have taken care of and loved dogs for as long as I can remember! I have had my rescue dog for about 11 years now. He certainly has not always been an easy dog to take care of, as he was in an abusive home prior to my family adopting him. That being said, I have a ton of patience with dogs of all kinds, and want them to feel my warmth and love!! Additionally, I nanny, and one year the family got two new puppies. Throughout the day we would take them for walks that aligned with their abilities, ensuring that they got the exercise they needed but never pushing them past their limits. My experience with dogs varies from puppy to senior care, and I am very adaptable and flexible! This summer I will be nannying the same family Monday-Friday from 9am until about 4 or 5 pm. However, I am more than willing to walk your pet before and/or after I am done nannying (7-8 am & 5-wheneverpm) Currently, I have a dog that does not do too well with others dogs in the same vicinity… so I cannot house other dogs in my own home. However, I will of course follow whatever rules given to me to ensure maximum care for your pet!
