About: I got my first dog at 10 years old and have loved them ever since. I love to help get them outside and keep them company. I work remotely and have flexibility to pop in for visits and walks during the days and evening. We also recently lost 1 of our 2 dogs and would love to find more dog friends in the area. That experience gave me a better understanding of how dogs communicate and how to make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy. One of my absolute favorite parts of pet sitting is sending photos of your pets to you! I basically turn into the pet paparazzi and love snapping pictures throughout our time together. If you want one update, I can do that. If you want one million pictures, I can absolutely do that too;) I know how hard it is to be away from your furry family member, so I love sending lots of updates to give you peace of mind, and hopefully a few photos worthy for your camera roll! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and have no breed restrictions. If your pup is a strong puller, that’s no problem-I’m confident handling energetic dogs on walks as well! I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and my goal is always to make both you and your pet feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to book again! I work full-time Monday-Thursday and have full availability for pet care Friday-Sunday. Occasionally I can come evening during the week after work when need be I don’t offer boarding in my home, but I’d love to care for your pet in the comfort of theirs! My goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. Expect lots of love, playtime, and PLENTY of photo updates. I have a slight obsession with taking pictures of animals so If you want one picture, I can do that. If you want one million… I can definitely do that too! 📸🐾

About: I have used Rover for years and couldn't be more grateful for the awesome sitters I have found for my dogs. Now that I am retired early, I'd love to return the favor by offering to help others with their dogs. I walk and hike everyday and until my current dog, have always owned big dogs. I have a pup of my own due to a foster failure, I just couldn't give him up. I have trained.and handled lot of different types of dogs as a volunteer for HARP and Canine Companions. I will always treat your pet as if it were one of my own. They will get a long leisurely walk with lots of time to sniff and explore. I'll make sure they are settled in when we return home and have fresh water. Your instructions will be followed and I'll always leave you a note and keep in touch as directed.
