About: I have taken care of dogs & cats of all sizes for friends and family for over ten years. My own dog is a 13 year old German Shorthair Pointer I’ve had since she was a puppy, so I know all about the joys and challenges that come with puppy’s & senior dogs alike. I also have extensive experience caring for larger breed dogs such as Irish Wolfhounds & Saint Bernards. I can’t wait to meet your best friend! I’m currently working in a flexible schedule, so I have a ton of time to play with and care for your pet(s). I am available all day Monday & Tuesday (6am-10pm). I am also available Wednesday-Sunday anytime from 6am-11am and 3pm-10pm. I have a passion for caring for pets and my number one goal is to make sure your furry friend is happy, healthy, and safe in my care. I am able to provide engaging playtime indoors and outdoors or just companionship to lower energy pets. I am also comfortable administering topical & oral medications when taking care of your furry friends. I have a lot of experience with senior pets as well and am able to care for pets struggling with arthritis and/or incontinence.

There is a long flat grassy area and a big hilly area for them to run. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering oral medications. I currently work from home most of the time so I will be around to make sure your dog gets lots of attention and time. We left our cat in Robin’s care for a 2.5 week vacation. She had never been left that long. Robin did an amazing job keeping Journey company and making her feel loved. Couldn’t have asked for more pictures or updates. Robin was awesome!

Lindsay looked after our large breed dog and our cat during a recent vacation. We did 2 drop in visits per day and one walk per day which was perfect. Lindsay followed the instructions, modified as needed and generally took wonderful care of both of my girls. Both Pets have nuances that Lindsay understood and worked with and around. Lindsay is professional, On time, and communicative. I was able to leave for vacation knowing that my pets had the best care possible! As much as I would love to gate-keep this amazing woman, she is worth her weight in gold. I would also recommend booking some pre-vacation walks so that your sitter and animals get to know each other - and you can get to know your sitter. By walk #2, my very shy dog was showing Lindsay so much affection. Lindsay was wonderful with her right from the start. Book Lindsay - you wont be disappointed!! She is amazing ( and I'm picky!!!!) - 10 out of 10 wonderful!!

Abby is above and beyond as usual. She took great care of our dog and four guinea pigs. Two of our pigs needed extra medical attention (oral medicine + eye ointment), and she handled it really well. She also took adorable pictures of our pets to let me know they are healthy and happy. I highly recommend her!

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, especially cats and dogs, and I’ve always felt really comfortable with them. Growing up, pets were just part of daily life, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. As a teenager, I used to walk a family friend’s dog, which I really enjoyed. It taught me how important patience, consistency, and trust are when working with animals. I also have a senior cat now who even moved across the country with me, so I’m very used to caring for pets that need routine and a gentle, steady approach. When I’m with dogs, I just try to keep things calm, safe, and positive. Whether it’s a walk, feeding, or hanging out for company, I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m flexible throughout the week and can adjust my schedule as needed for walks, check-ins, or drop-ins. I like keeping things consistent for pets, so I do my best to stick to their normal routine and times whenever possible. When caring for pets, I focus on keeping things calm, safe, and familiar for them. I always follow any instructions exactly as given, especially for feeding, walks, and routines. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of the space and make sure everything stays clean and as you left it. With pets, I take my time to build trust so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away.

About: I am a current kennel attendant at Camp Bow Wow and a volunteer at Kitty Queen Cat Rescue for many years! I have plenty of experience with all ages and breeds of animals! I am completely available outside of my doggie daycare schedule! It does change weekly, but I don’t mind squeezing your pets into my schedule! I am very well educated on the love and care that our furbabies need to thrive! I pride myself in my commitment to building a trust filled relationship with every animal I come across!

Myah did a wonderful job with our Stella! When I walked in, Stella was like "oh you're here," which is the perfect and desired response when any of us return. Stella should know she is safe at home and whoever walks through that door will take care of her. And Myah did very well, meeting our girl's needs in our neighborhood. Will definitely rebook!

We were in search of a pet sitter for our 16 year old and 10 month old puppy as our long time pet sitter of 10 years retired. We tried another pet sitting company and wasn’t satisfied. Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Bethel Park choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
