About: For 10+ years, I’ve pet sat for family, friends, and neighbors. Growing up with rescue pets, I have experience caring for anxious and distracted dogs. I also have experience caring for puppies and senior dogs with disabilities. I have a love for all animals, and can ensure great care, attention, and love will be given to your pet!! I’m currently working remote 4 days a week, with Monday as my typical day in office, although the day is subject to change per week. When working from home or on the weekends, I can let the dog out frequently, walk the dog everyday, play multiple times outside, pet and brush when inside, and give lots of attention to. I’m available to pet sit on my day in office as well, but the dog would not be let out between the hours of 7am-4:30 pm. When I pet sit, the dog is typically within my sight at all times. When at the house, the dog will be taken out hourly and played with frequently throughout the day. The water bowl will be refilled at least twice a day when food is given, or more if needed. Little objects or any choking hazards will be out reach for the dog, as well as food and other dangers. Walks will be given daily if the weather permits, as well as constant pets. Your dog will receive a lot of love with me!!

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life but my first job years ago in high school was at a veterinary hospital/ boarding. Because I was still in high school I was mainly in the kennels taking care of all the wonderful fur babies while their parents were out of town. Also, after informing the doctors that I was aspiring to become a vet, they allowed me to put on some scrubs and help out occasionally. I quickly realized that I was going to find a different way to care for animals 😂 Since then I have raised my own dogs and cared for animals of friends and family and have worked a few jobs at doggie daycares. I am an early riser because of my job so if your fur baby is too, they will fit right in! I work construction so I will be out for a portion of the day, but my wife works from home so her and our two pups will always be there to keep your baby company and make them feel right at home! At my house, no where is off limits for a furry friend. We can do anything to accommodate your fur babies to make sure they’re comfortable with their stay and you can have peace of mind that they will be happy and safe while you are away!

About: Hi! I’m Sofia, a biology student at the University of Pittsburgh and a nurse aide at Concordia, where being dependable, attentive, and responsible is part of my everyday job. I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years. I regularly help family, friends, and neighbors with walking and pet care, and I’ve helped raise and train my grandma’s 60-pound dog since she was a puppy. I also walk my own energetic 70-pound dog every day, so I’m comfortable with large, active breeds. I love staying active and enjoy running, so if your dog enjoys longer walks or jogging, I’d be happy to keep them exercised. I understand that every dog has different needs and will always follow your care instructions to make sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. Because I work as a nurse aide from 3–11 p.m., I’m available for morning and early afternoon walks and drop-in visits. I pride myself on being punctual, reliable, and treating every pet like my own. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your dog! I work at Concordia nursing home as a nurse aide 3-11 almost every day. I am completely free early mornings until before my work. I have a fenced in yard at my home and a one year old puppy. She is good with kids and other dogs and never aggressive.

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

About: I have animal sat many different breeds of dogs to chickens and cats. I have dog sat since I was a teenager on my parents neighborhood. I am loyal, trust worthy, responsible. I am also a photographer so if you ever need updated photos of your pet in action I'm the girl to do it I work 11:00-6:30 during the school year as a kindergarten teacher in Mt. Lebanon and during the summer I'll work 10:00-5:00PM at the Mt. Lebanon High School. I am able to walk dogs, feed them and give them TLC in the morning and then when return home from my job. On the weekends I am able to be available all day. I care for pets in the clients home with the most respect, care, love, and trust. I make sure they are fed, brushed, walked, fed, and any other important parts of their routine. I will exercise them as needed and play with them

About: My love and passion for animals of all shapes and size has been visible from a young age. About: I have used Rover for years and couldn't be more grateful for the awesome sitters I have found for my dogs. Now that I am retired early, I'd love to return the favor by offering to help others with their dogs. I walk and hike everyday and until my current dog, have always owned big dogs. I understand how important it is to follow your directions for your dog, they are like kids and they all have special routines to follow. I'm happy to provide walks, day care and boarding for dogs that get along with my pup. A meet and greet is a must so I can meet you and learn how to best care for your pup. I just retired and joined Rover as a dog walker after using the service for years. I am available to walk your dog and stop for visits any time. Boarding for dog walking/drop in clients only. I have a pup of my own due to a foster failure, I just couldn't give him up. I have trained.and handled lot of different types of dogs as a volunteer for HARP and Canine Companions. I will always treat your pet as if it were one of my own. They will get a long leisurely walk with lots of time to sniff and explore. I'll make sure they are settled in when we return home and have fresh water. Your instructions will be followed and I'll always leave you a note and keep in touch as directed.

About: I have had animals all my life. I have also worked with trainers and have hands on experience. I rode horses competitively for many years so am comfortable around any animal. At my childhood home I have a German Shepard and a Shih Tzu, along with two cats. In my own home I have two cats and a dog. Not at my home but I do have a horse! Have cared for multiple horses over the years along with barn work. I am currently a nanny about to start massage school in the summer! I also provide pet care of my employers. I have evening and weekend availability. I’ve worked with small and big dogs. I don’t think I’ve ever met an animal that hasn’t liked me. I’m very patient and trustworthy.
