“Debbie & Adam are amazing, we were super hesitant to leave our baby with anyone and are so happy we found them. This was our little mans first time being away from us, ever, and they were absolutely great with Murphy. They checked in with us and sent pics and videos of him throughout his stay which as crazy puppy parents helped keep our mind at ease. I would absolutely recommend Debbie and Adam!”

“Pablo had a great time with Jessica, Theo and the kids! They kept me up to date on how he was doing and he came back tired, so I know he had a good vacation! :) Pablo is looking forward to seeing them again!”

“Took great care of Khoda; Spent time with him, took him for walks, kept me updated daily with photos of him, he definitely did not want to come back home lol Thank you again for taking care of my dog and ensuring his attention-needs were met. I'll definitely be in contact for future trips/vacations, I know he can't wait to come back and see his human and dog friends again!”

“Raeann is truly the best. She cares for Bronn as if he were her own. She always sends lots of updates and pictures (which as anxious dog mom I appreciate immensely). I could not recommend her enough and Bronn is looking forward his next visit!”

“Julia went above and beyond for Kobe. We were coming from out of state and she was able to accommodate Kobe. She was very organized and paid attention to all of Kobe’s needs. Kobe enjoyed staying with her, when we were pulling away he got up to take one last look for Julia, which he never does. She sent pictures and updates, which really helped us enjoy our trip. I would definitely recommended Julia and will definitely book her whenever we are in Pittsburgh again. Thank you Julia for loving and taking care of Kobe as if he were your own.”

“I have no regrets or worries whatsoever when I left my Zahra with them for the weekend and she was well taken care of and they went beyond every expectation”

“We left our pup with Victoria for a week and couldn’t have been happier. She gave us regular updates that truly gave me peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was clearly well cared for, highly recommend!!!”

“Wonderful experience with Jeremy and his wife! We were so grateful to find them on short notice, and they took wonderful care of our pup. I think she was almost sad to leave she had so much fun! We will be calling them again 💗”

“Maria cared for our 3 yr old Havanese for 2 weeks. Her family and her 3 dogs welcomed him as part of their family. He had a wonderul stay and we believe he fell in love with Nala, another Havanese. We are very happy to finally have a safe and happy place for him when he cant travel with us. Maria is a true dog whisperer!”

“Lisa is the best! So incredibly professional and experienced. Cricket had the best time and was so loved and taken care of. I’ve already become a repeat customer! Thank you for everything!”

“This was our first time using Rover and Kyle was amazing. Having had our rescue dog for just 3 months, I wasn’t sure how the overnight boarding would go. He gave our Bugsy all the attention he needed to feel secure. He even sent pictures capturing Bugsy’s sleepover fun! I would definitely recommend him.”

“Courtney is wonderful with my dogs. I can always go away and feel comfortable leaving them with. I appreciate every thing she does for them and I know they will be safe and well taken care of.”

“Amanda and Jack were absolutely amazing! My girl, Onyx, had an issue with her elbow, and they handled the situation with incredible care, compassion, and professionalism. They kept me updated with photos throughout her stay, which gave me tremendous peace of mind, and they even took her on a nature hike so she could enjoy some time outdoors. It's clear they genuinely care about the animals they look after. I highly recommend Amanda's services and wouldn't hesitate to trust them with Onyx again!”

“Michelle was a great person for dodger. She took great care of him, he came home happy, and she frequently updated me with photos and texts about him. I will definitely use her again.”
“Tia and her family were great! Jax had a great time. She is great with communicating and sent lots of pics/videos! Definitely recommend her to anyone in the Pittsburgh area.”
“My cat is anxious and shy and Audrey did a great job keeping her comfortable. She was very responsive and I received regular updates. My cat didn’t want to leave her at the end haha. Would recommend her to anyone. Thanks for everything! 🩷”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - McMurray
There really are not words to describe how well Song took care of our dog. She was very responsive, kept us up to date and the major thing was that she gave our dog love just as she would her own. Every picture and video we received showed that our Suggie was very happy. She was taken on walks, to the park and played with often. We would recommend Song to anyone. She was awesome!

Kirsten and Daniel are fantastic!!! Traveling can be stressful especially when we have to leave our pups behind. Kirsten and Daniel always send pictures through out the day; Podrick is clearly having a blast with them and it always puts my mind at ease knowing our baby is in responsible hands. Thank you both again for taking such good care of Podrick❤️❤️

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
