Before that, I spent six years managing a well-known dog kennel in Peters Township, where I gained extensive hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with dogs who had a wide range of needs, including those with anxiety, aggression, age-related challenges, and medical issues. Many of these pets weren't well-suited for a kennel environment, and I realized how beneficial in-home care can be for their well-being. That’s why I now bring my services directly to you—so your pet can feel safe, secure, and loved in the comfort of their own home. I’ve built a reputation for handling strong, high-energy dogs and those who are a bit tougher to walk or need extra patience. I'm especially proud of my ability to build trust with shy or reactive pets. Earning their comfort and affection is one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do. Working with animals has always been my greatest passion. I’ve also worked at the Washington Area Humane Society and take every opportunity to expand my knowledge in animal care and behavior. I'm happy to say since becoming so busy caring for animals I was able to quit my other job and am now available every day of the week. However I do have regular dogs clients that I walk daily so if I am doing an overnight stay I will have other daily drop in visits through out the day/evening. If you need someone to stay with your dog 24/7 I am not the best match. I AM AVAILABLE ON HOLIDAYS! THIS IS MY FULLTIME JOB!! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs before our visits begin. Whether I’m in your home or caring for your pet during a walk, I maintain a calm and controlled environment, always keeping their emotional and physical safety in mind. I closely monitor interactions, use secure leashes and harnesses, and follow any instructions you provide regarding feeding, medication, or preferred walking routes. I never leave pets unattended and always keep a close eye on their body language to make sure they’re comfortable and happy. I also send frequent photo and video updates, so you’ll always feel confident and informed while you're away.
