About: I love furry friends of all kinds. While I grew up with cats, I have been around dogs of all sizes my whole life and love pets of all kinds! I work a schedule different than most. Because I work nights and weekends - I have some extra time during the day for your furry friends. So while you are busy at your 9-5 you can trust that your pets are taken care of and ready for you to be home :) I am detail oriented and will worry about your pet as if they are my own. I follow directions to a T and will be sure to take good care of your fur family!

About: I've taken care of dogs of many kinds and sizes since I was little. Neighbors and family have relied on me to walk and take care of their dogs in their homes. I'm working part time so I have plenty of time to take care of pups! I'm mostly available on weekends and afternoon or evening hours. I can easily respect any boundaries that you have for your dogs. I can crate them if you need and use any harnesses or collars you need for walks.
About: I’ve taken care of friends and neighbors cats and dogs for about 10 years now. I also have dogs and cats of my own and have been a pet owner of dogs and cats since 2006. I currently work remote and have a flexible schedule. I can schedule drop in visits or walks throughout the day multiple times per week. I am flexible and can work with your schedule. I prefer to communicate or have a list provided by the pet owner to ensure I am not disrupting the cat or dogs schedule. The more I know about the pet, the better to ease the stress of the pet and the owner.

“Lori was absolutely wonderful! I loved seeing the videos and pics of my cats! She did an amazing job taking care of them and I will definitely be booking again for any trips!”

“Ava has been a huge help with coming by in the middle of the day to let out and play with our 3 month old Aussie. We were nervous about leaving her when I went back to work, but Delta adjusted very well and gets so excited when Ava comes by. Ava spends the perfect amount of time with her, making sure she gets plenty of opportunities to relive herself, play and get water. She even keeps any eye out for any concerns. We really appreciate her timeliness everyday and flexibility whenever we require a last minute adjustment in the time that she stops by. We will continue to rebook her for drop-ins and hopefully for additional services in the future:)”

“Meredith is absolutely fantastic! Always got lots of pictures and communication and it was clear that our cat was getting as much attention and love as possible. We would definitely recommend Meredith to be your pet’s friend. ?”

About: I have grown up and been around dogs my whole life. I have a special spot for pets and believe that the house isn't quite complete without one. Being in my twenties, I love doing anything active. I walk my own dog often and would love to walk yours too :) I have helped to train my current dog in her puppy years and have cared for my first dog in her senior years as well. Puppies are members of the family and should be treated as such! I am a college student, and my job can be a big irregular. Therefore, when I am home, I have my days and nights completely open and available. Currently I have no nightly or weekly commitments and am open to walk pet or house sit when needed. With the pets in my home, I seek to love them like they are a member of my family and take care fo their needs when they have them. I think it is very important to let dogs and other pets out to go to the bathroom when they need and to not delay. In addition, keeping a full food and water bowl is also very important for the health and wellness for the pet.

About: Dogs and cats have always been a big part of my life, offering comfort through tough times. I genuinely love being around animals and caring for them. (I allow animals on my bed I’m not sure how to change that ) I have classes, but your fur baby will always be my top priority. I’m home every evening to care for them, except Fridays when I’m working on the ambulance. Walking, feeding, watering, bathing and getting all their zoomies out. I enjoy walking and physical activity meaning they will be tired out by the end of the night.

About: I have hands on experience caring for both puppies and older dogs. I currently help raise and train our own puppies, so I’m very comfortable with daily routines, potty training, crate training, and basic commands. I’ve also pet sat for older dogs and understand the importance of patience, comfort, and keeping their routine consistent so they feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I genuinely love being around animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. Making sure they get plenty of attention, care, and a calm, loving environment while you’re gone 🤍🐾 Pet care fits really naturally into my weekly routine. I work as a full-time nanny during the weekdays, typically finishing in the mid afternoon, and I’m often already in homes with pets as part of my nanny work. I also have my own puppy, so caring for animals is a daily part of my life. I’m used to managing a busy but flexible routine, so I’m able to fit pet care in consistently and reliably around my nanny schedule and personal responsibilities. In clients’ homes, I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their normal environment. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medication (if needed), and any specific house rules. I make sure to keep things clean and consistent so pets feel secure while their owners are away. For dogs, I prioritize walks, playtime, and structure so they stay happy and exercised. For cats, I focus on a calm presence, litter box maintenance, feeding, and giving attention based on their personality and comfort level. If a pet were ever in my home, they would be treated like part of the family - with a calm, safe space, lots of attention, and a routine that keeps them comfortable and stress-free 🤍🐾
“We had such a great experience with Sydnie! She took wonderful care of our cats, sent us great updates, and was so thoughtful to communicate with. We highly recommend her!”

“Lindsey was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very attentive to our dogs needs from initial meeting to end of service. She was great at responding to communication to help us feel comfortable while away. She also was very reliable with visits and made sure our dogs had a good experience. Definitely would work with again!”

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.
Lawrence dog parents share their Rover experiences
We truly cannot say enough amazing things about our dog sitter, Marisa. She consistently delivers 5-star service, but this last experience truly proved just how incredible she is. We missed our flight home and suddenly found ourselves stuck, knowing we wouldn’t be back for another full day. It was an incredibly stressful situation — all we could think about was getting home to our dogs. With only about 10 hours’ notice before she would need to head back over, Marisa graciously allowed us to book her again and stepped in without hesitation. She absolutely saved us. I’ve probably booked Marisa at least five times now, and every single experience has been exceptional. That consistency and trust mean everything to us. Not only is she unbelievably reliable, but her communication is flawless. She keeps us updated, responds quickly, and gives us complete peace of mind every time she cares for our dogs. Most importantly, she genuinely goes above and beyond. It’s clear she truly cares about our pets as if they were her own. In a moment when we really needed help, Marisa showed up for us — and for our dogs — in the best possible way. We are so grateful for her professionalism, flexibility, and heart. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and exceptional at what she does, look no further. Marisa is simply the best.
