About: Back in 2014, my parents adopted my sweet Sadie girl! Ever since then, I have learned the responsibility of caring for my girl and giving her all the lovings! She has led me to caring for other dogs by walking and feeding them at their owners request. I’m a full-time teacher for FCPS, but am looking for something to do after school and on the weekends. I am available 7 days a week other than when my brewery that I work at part-time schedules me. I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings on Saturday and Sunday. I can also be available on weekdays in the late afternoon. Once summer comes around, I will be very flexible and will adjust to your schedule. I am more than willing to bring your puppy to my fenced in courtyard at my apartment complex. I am comfortable putting dogs into crates as well and feeding.

About: Since I was a child, I have always had pets in my house; dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, etc. I have experience in basic training, working with senior dogs, medicating dogs, puppies (both caring for and potty training), and body language in dogs. I know much about mannerisms and behavior in dogs as well as how to combat the bad ones. I have worked with all types of dogs, as I have worked in the pet food industry before. I have volunteered with multiple dog rescues in Florida including The Animal League and Hound Haven. I am a certified Canine Training & Behavior Specialist as of 2021. I am currently half way through a pet nutrition course as of 2022. I am currently working at a pet store from 10am to 4pm everyday, except Wednesday and Sunday. They are pretty flexible however and I would be able to take a lunch to let out the pups if needed. I have recently moved to a 3 acre plot, in which we are currently building a doggy haven with tons of fenced in running area and in the future pools and play equipment. If a VIP (very important pet) doesn't have access to a backyard I like to walk 3+ times daily depending on the dog. I feed my dogs twice a day on the best food I make myself. I have literal baskets of dog toys as well as safe chews for the dogs who like to chew. I'd rather not take dogs to a dog park as of the safety issue. I have two horses and 18 chickens that roam on my 3 acres and can take dogs as long as they are on leash to meet them. I live with a roommate who also helps take care of any pets in the house. I have five pets in the house; my pigeon, Sterling who 'rules the roost'; my two ferrets, Dobby & Dougal who love to play; my large (75lbs) dog, Blake who is excited at first then is calm; and my medium (30lbs) dog Akira who is most playful of the bunch. I watch all interactions with my pets and do have 'safety' crates for my pets if any issues of socialization.

About: As a dedicated pet sitter with extensive hands-on experience, I bring more than just a love for animals—I’m equipped with specialized skills that make me uniquely qualified to care for pets of all ages and needs. My background includes training sessions with dogs, focusing on socialization and behavior, which means I’m adept at working with puppies to instill positive habits and older dogs who may need gentle patience and care. For senior pets, I understand the importance of providing a calm, comfortable environment, ensuring their routines are maintained while being attentive to any mobility or health-related concerns. Whether your pet needs basic training reinforcement, extra attention, or simply lots of love and companionship, I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. My goal is always to provide not just care but also enrichment, ensuring your pet feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. Pet care is an integral part of my daily and weekly routine, seamlessly blending into my life as both a passion and a commitment. From early morning walks to evening playtime, I prioritize creating a structured, nurturing environment for every pet in my care. During the week, I dedicate time to activities like training sessions, socialization outings at dog parks, and tailored care for pets with unique needs, such as puppies learning new skills or seniors requiring gentle attention. Whether it’s preparing meals, administering medications, or providing mental stimulation, I ensure that every pet feels valued and cared for. My consistent schedule allows me to be flexible and dependable, making it easy to adapt to your pet’s routine and provide them with the stability they need. For me, pet care isn’t just a task—it’s a fulfilling and joyful part of my everyday life. When caring for pets in my home or my client’s home, my priority is always creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment tailored to each pet’s unique needs. I ensure pets feel like part of the family. They have access to a clean, secure space, with plenty of room to play and relax. I maintain a consistent schedule for meals, walks, and playtime, keeping their routines as close to normal as possible. For pets with specific needs, I provide extra attention, whether it’s reinforcing training, offering enrichment activities, or providing a cozy area for rest, especially for senior pets or those requiring calm spaces.

Alexis S.
“Alexis has loved animals since before she could walk. She has grown up with dogs of all sizes and a cat. I haven't seen her not like a dog yet. Alexis is very responsible in the jobs that has held over the years. All of her bosses have known that they can count on her while they put her in charge of a task to get done, or even to lead a team while making sure everything is taken care of.”

Syra L.
“Syra is mature and sensible with pets and they seem drawn to her. Syra is patient, caring and honest. Your pets will be in great hands with Syra just as my cat and dogs have been. Syra ran cross country in high school so your dog won’t get shorted on walks. I highly recommend her.”

Tara B.
“Tara has watched over all my pets. I have 6 mutts mainly pit mixes and 2 cats! Plus my boyfriends dog who is now also included in the pack. One day it will eventually be horses but til then I have dogs! I have strict feeding routines and due to limited space they don’t behave at their best at boarding company's in kennels most of the day and it can be pricey. Tara looks after them and sends me photos while I’m out of town or at work for extended periods of times. She makes sure they stay out of trouble and don’t escape because they can be a hand full. She’s doesn’t mind the pet cubes, cuddles and plays with them as needed and keeps then busy while I’m away she’s their dog mom. On top of that she also helps my mom out with her pets. She has 5 dogs and 2 cats. Luckily we live down the rd from each other so that helps but She’s always a phone call or text away.”

Victoria D.
“Victoria has been a dog lover for over 20 years. She has an unprecedented amount of love and passion for dogs. How do I know? I’m her father. She has an almost unbelievable gift for taking care of animals...especially dogs. When she very young, it was very prevalent that there was something extraordinary about her adoration for dogs. She got her big chance to shine when one day we brought home a chihuahua we named Princess. To be fair, Princess was to be equally shared with all three of my kids... the other two...Her older sister Elizabeth and her older brother Zack. They were supposed to take turns on which bedroom Princess would spend the night at. Elizabeth was the oldest and seven years older than Victoria, so she was first. It started out with Princess staying with Elizabeth, but sometime during the night little Victoria snuck out of her room and into Elizabeth’s room and in her older sister’s bed, so that she (Victoria) could be with Princess. Her brother Zack got his chance the next night, but he pushed her off the bed sometime during the night, and Princess ended up in Victoria’s room. From that point on, it was Victoria as young as she was fought for the right to have Princess stay with her...And stay with her she did...for the next sixteen years. Just recently Princess passed away. After 16 wonderfully loved and cared for years, Victoria had to give up her best friend. It was a very tearful moment, and I’m glad I was there to support Victoria. Although a great loss, Victoria had prepared for this moment and adopted/rescued a sweet dog named PC and later bought a dog of her dreams which a Dalmatian named Bailey full of energy and character. This made the transition better when Princess passed away, but Princess was not to be forgotten. Victoria not willing to forget Princess, even though she had two wonderful dogs to share her love and attention with, had a large and beautiful tattoo done of Princess on her left shoulder. It’s an amazing rendition of Princess. Aside from the love of her own dogs, Victoria has always jumped at the chance to watch and take care of her friends dogs. She has an amazing devotion to dogs...any dog. She is always talking about dogs. She is always on her phone looking at dogs...finding out new things about dogs. When she was younger, she used to tell me “when I grow up I want to do something for animals especially for dogs.” I told her that she needs to do what her heart is telling her to do. And, now that she proven herself with her own dogs and with dogs of other dog owners, I fully support and recommend her to any dog owner that is looking for the best possible care for their own dog or dogs. Victoria is top notch when it comes to the best possible care , love, and devotion to animals...especially dogs. You will not be disappointed when you put your dog or dogs in her more than capable hands. Give her a chance and I guarantee you that you’ll love how she cares for your dog...so much so...that you won’t hesitate to tell your friends about her. She is simply that amazing when it comes to taking care of dogs...and she’ll be that amazing when she takes care of your dog(s).”

Sarah was amazing with my dog while I was away for a few days. She was extremely prompt on her timing and gave detailed reports on how my dog was doing after every visit. Sarah went above and beyond to go through all the details of feeding/schedule and my dogs likes and dislikes. I was at ease immediately after meeting Sarah at the meet and greet. I would 100% use Sarah again in the future!
