“Pat and Bee were fantastic!!! They were very professional and communicative during the entire time me and my family were away and they were caring for our fur babies. Always on time and took photos to share with us. I definitely intend to use them again for all future family trips and highly suggest any looking for some to lovingly and properly care for their pets while away Pat and Bee would be my first choice.”

“Thank you so much for your help on short notice!!! And you did a phenomenal job. Wayland loved you. Also thank you for the great communication. So good to know that there’s someone close by I can trust!”

“Came to watch our little guy on short notice and went above and beyond😝 took excellent care, was super friendly and helpful, and was sure me and my girl got the cutest pics ! So happy to have found her to dogsit as needed. Would def hire and recommend again!”

“Mason was exceptional. She allowed me to book her literally last minute and said she could visit the pups without me home (emergency work trip). She was prompt and took great care of my pups, asking me any questions she had to best care for them. She sent me plenty of pics and the pups loved her!”

“Allison did a great job caring for my cat, Babe. The day I was to leave town babe had to go to a special vet appointment where she got prescribed liquid medication. Allison handled administering that medication to her for part of the week with great care and did a great job doing it. She was very thorough in communicating with me and sending me pictures of Babe enjoying her visits. She was great.”

“Colleen took wonderful care of my cranky cat and aggressive angelfish over the weekend. I felt much better leaving them in her hands rather than leaving them alone for the weekend. Thank you Colleen for the care you gave them.”
“Ryan was amazing and went above and beyond to help my pets feel comforted and taken care of. I was impressed with how well my dogs warmed up to him. He provided many updates which helped put me at ease while I was away. I totally would recommend and book Ryan again when needed.”

“Christine showed up on time. Fed Nellie and took her for a walk around the yard. Played for a bit then returned her to her cage. We were very satisfied and will use Christine again”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs (German Shepherd, Pug, rescues, Jack Russell’s), a cat, and horses. I currently have a 5 year old Lab and 14 year old horse. I’ve been house and farm sitting since my teens. Ranger enjoys hikes, swimming, lounging around, and visits to the barn. I have experience with the life span, from puppies to seniors, various sizes and breeds. I can take your pup out for a walk and/or enjoy time in my fenced in back yard. I’ll communicate (written and pictures) for check ins. I treat every pet like family. We look forward to meeting you! I work full time and, live close by. I’m able to go home to let pups out for a potty break at lunch and walks around the neighborhood after work, and/or play in the back yard. On weekends, I try to go out for a longer/walk hike. I have a fenced in yard and my 5 year old Lab to keep your pup(s) company. I am open to crate trained dogs, and have various size crates as needed. Two kids (11 and 13) are in my home.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs, both drop in and overnight visits, for two years now. I’ve dealt with small and large dogs and know how to handle them. I’ve grown up with multiple dogs in one house and know the different needs each dog requires! I am currently on break for summer from college so I am available anytime throughout the week and weekends. If you are booking day of please be aware I may have other arrangements but for the most part I should be free. Any rules and information I need are required before I enter the home. And for non emergency appointments a meeting with the dog and you present is preferred.

Tania is amazing!! We are so grateful to have her in our lives. She’s so accommodating, very communicative, always quick to respond and just a pleasure to interact with. I feel so at peace when she’s with our boy. She’s been with him pretty much every weekend this summer!

Kaylie was a wonderful dog sitter. One of our dogs can be cautious with new people, and Kaylie was patient, caring, and attentive, which helped our dog feel comfortable. She communicated very well throughout our time away and sent many pictures that were reassuring and appreciated. We’re grateful for the thoughtful care she provided and would happily book with her again.

Jordyn and Timothy did a wonderful job caring for our lab! They were always on time, flexible with scheduling, and so reliable. It’s clear they genuinely love dogs, and we felt completely at ease knowing our pup was in their care. 🐶 Highly recommend their services! 😊

Autumn was wonderful with our pups! She has an amazing work ethic! She arrived on time and spent time with the dogs inside and outside and provided an update with pictures while with them. She gave them treats after potty time according to their routine and upon leaving to ease their transition time. Autumn is delightful and dependable. I couldn’t be more pleased!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
