I’ve grown up with dogs (German Shepherd, Pug, rescues, Jack Russell’s), a cat, and horses. I currently have a 5 year old Lab and 14 year old horse. I’ve been house and farm sitting since my teens. Ranger enjoys hikes, swimming, lounging around, and visits to the barn. I have experience with the life span, from puppies to seniors, various sizes and breeds. I can take your pup out for a walk and/or enjoy time in my fenced in back yard. I’ll communicate (written and pictures) for check ins. I treat every pet like family. We look forward to meeting you!

Allison was AMAZING!!! There is no other words for the care that was given to our Lil family member, Mirabel, that stayed with her. As this was the first time using "Rover" I was kinda hesitant but after meeting with her all my questions were answered and I felt content to leave Mirabel with her. Just the greatest!!!
Allison D was a great care giver for our Cricket. She played with, cuddled and entertained her and told us Cricket was well behaved and welcome to return if we needed care provided again in the future.
Allison was absolutely the best! Allison took care of the kittens and my pup. My Aysa needs a lot of attention and does not like to be left alone and Allison was SO UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENT! I would absolutely give her 5 stars and would use her again and would encourage anyone to reach out to Allison to use as a pet boarder!
Allison has owned a dog/ dogs as well as a horse for many years since I met her 30 years ago. She lives and works close by and is available to move your pet in her big SUV, has a large fenced in multi-purpose yard with a deck, and can even send you picture updates via her smart phone. Really good with pet behaviors and knowledgeable about different breeds and animal tendencies (especially aggressiveness and passive pets). Has cared for young to extremely elderly pets with the patient care and will let you know what your pet has eaten or if they went to the bathroom. She has a very active lifestyle and hikes around the area with help from many friends. She is good with directions and has adult responsibilities or experience for almost every crisis a pet owner can experience with her own problem solving skills. Meet her and let your pets decide!
Allison has provided care for our dog, Poco, many times. She is kind, loving, and gentle with Poco and Poco is treated like a member of their household. Allison keeps our dog in the house with them and also makes sure she gets plenty of outside time, play and exercise. All of our dog's needs are always met when she is in Allison's care. Allison has also cared for our cats. She ensured they had food and water and gave them some attention and love while we were away. She made sure our house was secured when she left. A++ .
Allison is a very responsible, reliable caregiver and all-around nice person. She displays patience with animals of all types and sizes. She loves to be active with her dog, taking him on hikes and other outdoor adventures. If you are in need of a compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced pet-sitter, Allison is a great choice.

Schedule
I work full time and, live close by. I’m able to go home to let pups out for a potty break at lunch and walks around the neighborhood after work, and/or play in the back yard. On weekends, I try to go out for a longer/walk hike.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard and my 5 year old Lab to keep your pup(s) company. I am open to crate trained dogs, and have various size crates as needed. Two kids (11 and 13) are in my home.

A typical day
In the morning there is time to play in the back yard, lunch time potty breaks and quality time at the end of the day to play ball, walk the neighborhood, or relax in the couch. If it’s a weekend, we can go for a walk in the woods or find a swimming hole.
