Myself and my family have had dogs and cats for decades, I come from a line of dog breeders and have lost track the number of dogs I have trained and taken care of. I cannot board for longer than 12 days at a time.

Colin J. cancelled a booking after the stay began.
I hired Colin to drop in on my cat once a day for a week. I noticed the litter box had not been properly cleaned and at least two or more days of pet waste had accumulated. There was unflushed solid waste (poop) in the toilet. As a consequence of her litter box not being cleaned, the cat peed outside of the box. So I had a mess to clean up. I have used Colin once before without issue but scooping the litter box is non negotiable and I will not be using him in the future.
Thanks for being flexible with Monty's fear of storms.
Colin did a great job checking in on my two cats. He was responsive and easy to work with and easily gave my cat his medication.
